BATHROOMS: ¾ bathroom with walk-in shower. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, shared washer/dryer in main house, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: One designated space with additional street parking available.

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.
NOTE: This carriage home is located behind the primary residence above the garage and is accessed via one flight of exterior stairs.

Perfect location and easy access. Everything we needed was provided. The bed was very comfortable. I would suggest an inside mat for winter boots. It would be helpful to have a sign on the back alley so it is obvious where the back gate is.

Host was extremely communicative and helpful before, during, and after my stay. Property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown.

We loved being able to have our dogs stay with us and walk them in Martinez Park two blocks away.

While the listings had that this is a dog friendly stay, they definitely welcome dogs but I would not say it is dog friendly. About 24 hours prior to her stay we were shocked with an email with different rules than what we saw on the original listing. Including a rule that dogs are not allowed to be left alone for any amount of time. Even with as dog friendly as Fort Collins is, every dog owner knows that you can’t always bring dogs with you at all time- especially when there is unexpected bad weather. There was also a yard advertised as a plus for dog owners, until you arrive and see a rule posted that dogs cannot use the yard as a bathroom. Dishes were also dirty so plan to bring your own. Other than, it was a fine stay.
