Spectacular oceanfront 1 bedroom 1 bath condo-hotel apartment on 10th floor at Hyde Resort and Residences with ocean and pool views. This south facing unit with plenty of sunshine accommodates maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults, 2 kids. Master bedroom has a king size bed, living room has a pullout sofa bed for 2 people (topper provided). We offer fully equipped kitchen with electric only appliances, free washer/dryer inside the unit. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, glass stove, integrated oven, silent dishwasher, integrated microwave, dishes, toaster, utensils, coffee maker, hairdryer, electronic safe within the suite, iron/ironing board, in-suite washer/dryer, and TVs in each room. Cable. Free WIFI. Room-darkening shades. Highlights/Amenities: Lavazza Coffe maker . Washer/Dryer in Unit. Free WIFI. Room-darkening shades. Large balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Mattress topper for sofa bed. Amenities include 2 restaurants, bar, 2 heated pools, sundeck, private cabanas, hot tub, full fitness center overlooking ocean, full-service spa & sauna, 24-hour concierge, and beach service. Two excellent on-site Restaurants: • Terrazas – located by the pool on the 9th floor. • Etaru - contemporary Japanese Robatayaki cuisine in a modern waterfront setting, just steps from the sand. Hyde Resort is 10 minutes away from Aventura Mall, Gulfstream Casino, and Bal Harbour. 3 minutes from major supermarkets like Walmart, Publix, and Win-Dixie. Pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens are less than 2 miles. Hollywood /FLL Airport is only 10-15min away. Hollywood Beach Boardwalk is just few minutes drive from the resort. IMPORTANT: Fees paid At Hotel: Daily Resort fee - per day per reservation (not per person) $40.00 + tax for Amenity Access (2 beach chairs with one umbrella, towels, pool service) Resort fee is mandatory and will be charged at the check-in time at the property and it is not included in booking as well as valet parking if needed for vehicle. *Please note that Parking and Resort fee must be paid at the property on arrival* (not included in the rate) Valet parking Fees - Per day per car if needed 1-7 Days $35 + tax 8 or more days $30 + tax Non-hotel guests $20 + tax/ 0-3h ($8 for every additional hour), no overnight visitor parking $250 refundable security deposit is required upon check-in with the front desk of the hotel. Stayed here for my 50th birthday weekend. The condo was gorgeous, clean, convenient and had everything we needed. Would recommend and would love to visit again.

Everything was prefect. Travelled with two children under 3. Property was close to everything. Steps to the beach, pool and shopping. Ana always answer quickly and was able to accommodate us an extra night with short notice! Will definitely be booking again soon.

Initial reaction of inside condo was nice, but in closer look it could’ve been cleaned better. Sand on coffee table and floors of living room and bathroom. Shower could use a deep clean with mildew on molding and the plumbing makes a weird loud noise if tried to change the temp. (Think I saw that on another post) Booked place with kitchen so could cook some meals but unfortunately place only had ONE pan. There went my plan to make some hard boiled eggs for breakfast amongst other meals. 🤦🏽♀️ Tons of empty cabinets and large fridge for snacks and premade meals though. Ana was very prompt in communicating back with us as the water filter for fridge was due to be changed so ice was not filtered and WD was not working at first so had to locate the fuse box (hidden by a frame)
The property itself is nice-good pool gym and restaurant. It was convenient to have beach chairs and umbrella included in the amenities. Like others have said, the elevators can be a hassle during busy hours. Unfortunately, it was always busy during this week, likely spring break. Also, the valet which is the only choice for Parking and an extra cost, can be iffy. they were quick to get our car each time but we witnessed how radical they drove the vehicles and it was def worrisome.
Overall, property was average in a convenient area close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants! Owner is also very good in getting back to you with any questions!
