amazing stay, highly recommended!

The property was very clean and spacious. We really loved the old style of the property and all the antique furniture. The host was amazing. We were treated like the most anticipated guests ever, which we are very grateful for!

A lovely place. I would definitely book there again.

Sarah met us on arrival and checked that we had everything we needed. A nice touch was fresh fruit juice in the fridge and fresh eggs. It was a lovely place to stay and since the weather was lovely we were able to make use of the outdoor seating and barbecue facilities provided. There were also bicycles available for out use.

Be aware that the main bedroom is a overlooks the lounge and is therefore not very private. The second bedroom is accessed through the main bedroom. Not a problem if you are travelling with family or close friends. Also the toilet and shower are downstairs off the kitchen. There are no bathroom facilities upstairs.

Charming, very well located little house.

The house is very charming, had everything we needed and more. Everything was thought of and it was very clean. The parking and access to the house is easy and it's perfect for day trips in the area (Brugge, Ghent, Antwerpen). The hosts were lovely, helpful and friendly. Our sone had a lot of fun with a go-kart the host lent him. We will surely visit again!

Quite, beautifull & comfortable in the countryside

Small house - with garden - extremely well renewed by the owner, very comfortable & useful, nothing to buy about facilities (very good point). Kind welcome from the owner. Located in the edges of a village with bakery, 20 mn from Bruges in which we recommend the parking of the railway station not expensive & ticket giving a free access up to 4 people to the old town by bus N°1

Calme, beau et confortable

- L'accueil adorable de Sarah (qui parle très bien français) et de son père (qui parle très bien anglais) - La maison très jolie et son jardin agréable et fonctionnel - La qualité des équipements, des lits, des meubles anciens qui donnent du cachet - Le calme de l'endroit - Sa situation idéale entre Bruges et Osteende (à condition d'avoir une voiture) - Les karts à pédales à disposition des enfants (et les vélos adultes, mais nous ne les avons pas utilisés)

- Il n'y a en réalité qu'une seule chambre, la seconde étant un pièce palière exiguë. C'est suffisant pour un court séjour, mais au-delà, ça peut devenir étroit à quatre ou à cinq - Pas de WiFi (mais connexion 4G impeccable, donc on n'est pas privés d'Internet) - Quelques ustensiles manquants (pas de passoire, de cuillère/spatule en bois, peu de petites cuillers) et peu de bases pour cuisiner (il y a du sel, du poivre, du vinaigre, mais pas de sucre ou d'huile, et pas de café pour dépanner) - Au regard des standards français, c'est assez cher – mais il faut tenir compte du niveau de vie élevé de la région (comptez un budget 25% plus élevé qu'en France pour les restaurants, les sorties et les achats de la vie courante)
