We absolutely love everything about this place. Ivan is a very kind host. Amazing view from the balcony, crystal clear water 10 mins walk away. 6 turtles, one adorable dog and 2 newly adopted kittens. If you are looking for a place to relax and chill, plz don't look further. Will def stay again if we visit Zadar. Thank you Ivan for your beautiful home :)

Very hospitable and helpful owner. He treated us to some delicious homemade wine. The apartment is very cozy, clean and well equipped. The terrace has a beautiful view of the coast and islands. The villa is in a quiet area, close to the beach (about 15 min walk), a local store (about 5 min walk) and restaurants. An ideal location for a great vacation!
