Villa Bella By The Sea - Heated Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna

The owner, Antony , is very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The villa is well-equipped for a family holiday. If anything is missing, Antony is always happy to provide whatever you need.

If you choose the apartment on the top floor, be aware that it gets quite hot, even with the air conditioning running. It is also rather cramped for five guests. The bedrooms can feel stuffy during the summer despite the air conditioning. If you open the windows, the road noise in the morning can be quite noticeable. You can also hear roosters throughout the day, and occasionally the neighbors start trimming their grass as early as 6 a.m. Another point: if there are any items that were previously damaged and repaired, it would be helpful if guests were informed in advance. We opened the terrace umbrella only once during our stay. When the umbrella was closed, it broke, and part of our security deposit was withheld. This slightly spoiled our overall impression. We didn’t argue because we had to leave for the airport, but in the future it would be appreciated if guests were warned in advance about repaired or fragile items that may already have been damaged.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you need in it. The location is very quiet, and the views are lovely. We loved the shutters on the windows making the bedrooms very dark, the pool is a great bonus especially as we had some hot days. The area is a great base for exploring we had a hire car which you do need to get the most out of your visit. There are both restaurants (for all tastes) and coastal places to swim within walking distance, remember you will need beach shoes to wear whilst in the sea as there are sea urchins but the water is clear and clean. Just check if you are arriving on a public holiday and be aware if you are that all shops will be closed as we found out!

Wir hatten das Appartement im Erdgeschoss und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden; viel Platz, gute Ausstattung und alles funktionierte. Die Übergabe war umfassend. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, verlässlich und kümmert sich selbst um alles. Die Kommunikation mit ihm vor und während des Urlaubs war vollkommend problemlos, zeitnah und verbindlich. Lage top - (fast) Alleinlage am Hang im Grünen, gute Restaurants im Ort und nur wenige Autominuten nach Zadar und Nin. Wir können die Villa Bella by the sea ausdrücklich empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr, sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin fahren!

Wir suchen auch sonst nicht das Haar in der Suppe, aber es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat!

Gastheer probeerde ons meer te laten betalen. Er was zogezegd iets nog niet geregeld, maar we konden dan aantonen dat het wel zo was... Wifi is erg slecht (konden we ook in andere recenties lezen) maar de eigenaar kwam met een leugentje dat er iets was met het telecom bedrijf... Er is ook helemaal niks gezellig aan de woning. Het is proper, er is een heel klein zwembad, maar absoluut geen gezellige sfeer beneden aan het zwembad (garage er net naast gebouwd bijvoorbeeld) Ook de airco is enkel in de woonkamer, en dat is echt onvoldoende !! De woning is dus enkel ok voor slapen, niet om een dagje relax bij het huis te blijven...
