About this villa rental
In the far south-east of Sicily a detached house, set in the countryside Iblea, close to the most beautiful beaches of Sicily. The garden around the house offers plenty of space for outdoor living; in quiet and peaceful area you can walk and enjoy a sunny day watching the horizon and feel better. In summer, the house is very cool and breezy, very beautiful to live there are the months of late spring.
The house has three double bedrooms, each served by a bathroom, a kitchen, a large living-room with fireplace and veranda with sea view.
One of the bedrooms is equipped with for air conditioning.
A rooftop terrace offers the opportunity to sunbathe in peace.
In one of the three bathrooms has a washing machine and ironing board for laundry
Under the house and a garage, you need to do a barbecue.
An outdoor shower in the garden ....

A spacious house with amazing views to the sea. Lots of room and everything we needed for a relaxing stay, in a quiet rural area near Scicli. Giovanna was a kind host and left us some amazing home-made marmelade!

We spent a week in Scicli after 7 days in Palermo. The contrast was striking!
Giovanna's house is situated at the end of a little road in the countryside, with a huge garden and a beautiful view. The birds woke us up every morning. It took only 10 to 15 minutes to get to the beach, and 10 minutes to go to Scicli. It is easy to go and have dinner in lively Modica.
The house is spacious, nicely furnished, perfectly clean, and Giovanna is always happy to share informations on places to visit and things to do in the area! It was very agreable to also share these moments with her, learn about life in Sicily, get real good addresses for nice restaurants in Modica, directions to get to beautiful beaches.
Scicli is nicely situated to go and visit the South-East of the Island and there is plenty to do. Too bad we did not have enough time to spend in the garden, doing nothing! We were with 2 kids of 9 and 13, who really enjoyed the place and the liberty they had in the garden.
We would really like to come back for a longer stay and would definitely stay in Giovanna's house again!
