Villa Volpetta is a lovely modern villa with a private swimming pool, large garden, and terrace. The villa is conveniently located 10 km away from the town of Scicli, offering access to shops, restaurants, and various amenities. From the villa, you can easily explore the stunning baroque cities of theVal di Noto by car, as well as Syracuse, and celebrated coastal villages such as Sampieri, Donnalucata, Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Portopalo, and Marzamemi.
Villa Volpetta develops over one level (ground floor) offering a living space of 130 sqm.
The living space consists of a combined living and dining room featuring large glass doors leading to a terrace. It includes a comfortable sitting area (with TV) and a dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern amenities and appliances. In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms with double beds measuring 160 x 200cm, each with ensuite bathrooms featuring showers.
