The nice and cozy fully detached house of approximately 115 m2 to 376 m2 plot has been completely renovated and is centrally located in the Netherlands amidst the natural wetlands.
It features 4 bedrooms for up to 6 guests.
It has a spacious wooden terrace and a beautiful garden and is in place Kortenhoef of the municipality Wijdemeren, near Amsterdam, Vreeland, Loosdrecht, the Loosdrecht Lakes, The Hague, Utrecht, Rotterdam, Hilversum Media City, Laren, Blaricum in the Gooi and Vechtsreek.
Our house is a beautiful location in the middle of the Natural Plassengebied the Wijde Blick, one of the many lakes that belong to the Loosdrecht Lakes area lies our fully detached home De Zuwe.
The lake area is a beautiful nature reserve, which consists mainly of water. These lakes can be found on a half hour drive from the heart of Amsterdam or Utrecht.
It is one of the most scenic areas in the Netherlands. It is quietly located next to a marina and near charming water villages like Loosdrecht and Vinkeveen.
In the adjacent marina guests can rent a sailboat, boat, canoe, or other vessel. Here you have no license needed! It is also possible to moor your boat at the marina for only € 1, - per day per m1.
For avid cyclists, anglers, hikers and other nature, and water sports is a wonderful area to stay.
During your stay you complete privacy by the beautiful and secluded garden.
Bed linen and towels (for indoor use) are available free of charge to all our guests during their stay.
There is free WIFI and free cable TV available.
The area is known for its beautiful lakes, great restaurants and playgrounds for children.
Stay in a fully equipped and also clean house (non-smoking and no pets).
It is the ideal home for those who love water sports, hiking and cycling. Boaters, walkers and cyclists can enjoy themselves in the wetland area and the nearby countryside, but also in the nearby woods, like Spanderwoud and Corversbos.

The nice and cozy house of approximately 115 m2 to 376 m2 plot has recently been completely renovated. It features 4 bedrooms for up to 6 guests.
GROUND FLOOR
Living room with open kitchen, where a dishwasher, a hood, a 4-burner stove, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer (3 drawers) and all the cutlery and crockery you need during your stay.
The living room has a dining table with 6 chairs, widescreen TV (cable TV) with DVD player. Also there is a black couch.
There are a number of comic books and board games.
The master bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm, so together 180 x 200 cm).
There is also a separate room with desk so you can easily and comfortably your photos and movies of the day to download your computerkan.
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, dryer and drying facilities.
The hall has a toilet (there are two toilets in the house), a spacious wardrobe and a staircase to the first floor.
Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the spacious terrace. This is possible because the terrace directly from the living room and also from the bedroom is downstairs to enter.
There is a garden with a table, 6 chairs and three large umbrellas and also an outdoor fireplace.
FIRST FLOOR
Upstairs are three bedrooms. The first is the Master bedroom has a double bed (a bed for two persons 180 cm x 200 cm) with two separate mattresses and the other two are children's rooms with a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm).
Each upstairs bedroom has electric blinds and if you look outside, you on one side of the house a beautiful view of the water and marina experience and on the other side a beautiful view of the garden, the terrace and the trees see green belt.
There is a full bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower (shower) and also a second toilet. There is also a separate sink.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We ourselves live nearby (about 10 minutes away by car). We will welcome you warmly and personally show you our holiday.

Amsterdam city center can be reached in about 25 minutes by car.
Other major attractions in the Netherlands can be reached in about an hour.
Our house is located just steps away on The Wide Eye, approximately 5 meters! The village Loosdrecht (located about 5 minutes from our house) and is famous for its lakes, nature, (water) sports and culture.
From Loosdrecht you can make beautiful trips with tour boats. You too can own a boat, sailing boat or canoe hire our neighbors from the adjacent marina.
Perhaps you feel like swimming, walking, jogging, fishing or bird watching?
It's all possible!
Even walking or skating on frozen lakes during a real winter (usually from December to February.) Of course there must be a good winter with a lot of frost for this attraction.
For children of all ages there are fun things to do in the vicinity, such as:
- An indoor playground, Spelekids and a laser tag for the older children in Loosdrecht.
- A pool 'Sand Sea' with sunbathing in Bussum.
- A pool Laren (NH) has pool 'The Biezem.
Nature Reserves in 's-Gravenland regularly organizes activities for families and / or only for children's activities.

Several marinas, boat rentals are located directly on the wide Tin in Kortenhoef. The lakes of Kortenhoef is incredibly beautiful and peaceful.
There are the wide Blick different islands with beaches where you can enjoy with your children or friends.
The water of the wide Blick also called The Zuwe is one of the cleanest waters in the Netherlands. You can also safely swim.
Furthermore, this beautiful lake is directly connected to the Hilversum's Channel, which in turn is connected with the famous river 'De Vecht' and the 'Loosdrecht lakes.
Because the marinas in Kortenhoef are centrally located, you can reach all the lakes of the Loosdrecht Lakes area from neighboring harbor.
You can follow the route to Weesp, Muiden and Amsterdam. When you take the other route and the river De Vecht sailing, passing several beautiful places such as Vreeland, Breukelen, Nieuwersluis, Loenen and Maarssen.
When your motor boat or sail boat along these places you will be amazed by the beautiful estates, historic buildings and the cozy surroundings.

Located a few feet from a nice harbor where you can grab a meal or a drink a watch beautiful sunsets, the house was located conveniently to many cities (you’ll need a car) or stay local and go sailing, SUP, motorboat or swim in the clear water. Good sized house was clean, beds comfortable, had all basic necessities. We had a wonderful holiday visiting family and sightseeing. Went sailing and boating.. Beautiful mini golf course and pannekoeken nearby. Thanks, Yolanda!

The location is perfect for water lovers - next to the marina with beautiful sunsets. The home is clean, efficient & can accommodate a family well. The yard, outdoor seating & firepit are amazing.
The marina is a great spot to rent boats & explore the beautiful country-side, whilst also being very central to visit other spots.
The one consideration that may not be as clear on the site is accessiblility. Parking is at a public lot for the marina & requires walking through a busy marina to get to the house. The marina hosts big events most days in high season, so there may be noise into the evening, which may be a surprise to some families. It wasn’t disturbing once we got used to it. And the home has VERY steep stairs to the main bathroom & bedrooms, apart from the master, so elderly & little kids may neeed help.
Overall, we loved it & would return.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit gepflegter Terrasse und Garten. Alles tiptop im Ordnung. Genug Zimmer, so dass nicht alle Kinder in einem Raum schlafen müssen. Möglichkeiten für Bootfahren und leckeres Essen direkt vor der Tür.

Das Haus hat eine super idyllische Lage am See und ist direkt um Ecke von Amsterdam - perfekt Kombination zwischen absoluter Ruhe und Großstadt-Feeling! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und der Garten bietet Entspannung pur. Das Haus ist etwas abgewohnt, allerdings ist der Zustand noch okay. Die Vermieter sind mega nett und unkompliziert. Kortenhoef ist im jedem Fall ein Besuch wert!
