About this house rental
You can do everything on foot!
You can leave your car in the private parking lot right outside the house.
A charming 700-square-meter single-family home. from the beach, in a private residence. It faces south, with unobstructed views, and is located at the entrance to Saint Georges de Didonne (at the edge of Royan), an ideal starting point for exploring the area.
55 m² of living space.
Separate kitchen renovated in 2019. Fully equipped: dishwasher, convection oven, stovetop, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, etc.
Living room/dining area.
2 bedrooms: 1 separate bedroom on the first floor + 1 in the 16 m² loft.
Bathroom with a very spacious shower.
Fully separate toilet.
Patio with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a WEBER grill.
A helpful brochure containing all the necessary information for a smooth stay is available in the house.
Maximum occupancy: 5 people—4 adults + one child under 10 years old (small cot and/or baby crib).
New, high-quality bedding.
Bedroom with a 160x200 bed
Ground-floor bedroom with a 140x190 bed + children’s fireproof chair
Bedding and towels available for an additional 20 euros per person.
This price includes: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, sheets, and pillowcases.
1 separate toilet.
1 shower stall 2m x 1m
BBOX + WIFI
Minimum 3 nights outside of school breaks or by mutual agreement.
Weekly rate from Saturday 3:00 p.m. to Saturday 10:00 a.m. (must be specified)
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning.

No smoking
Small pets allowed
No parties or late nights
Check-in is generally between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., but we can accommodate individual schedules.
No noise after 10:00 p.m.
* CONTRACT: A rental agreement will be drawn up and sent to you after your reservation is confirmed.
* SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit check in the amount of €400 will be requested upon your arrival, as specified in the rental agreement; it will not be cashed.
Cleaning is the tenant’s responsibility. The house must be left clean upon departure.
Any equipment provided to you must be returned in good condition.
Please report any breakage or damage.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans votre maison. L accueil était parfait. La maison est propre et arrangée avec goût. Elle est également bien située. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

AVANTAGES : la maison est idéalement placée.
Vous pouvez aller A PIED au centre ville de saint georges de didonne, sur 2 plages et dans plusieurs commerces, restaurants
Très agréable d'avoir une place de parking devant le logement.
Tout est présent dans la maison , vaisselle en abondance, lave vaisselle, machine a laver, cafetière, le tout en parfait état de fonctionnement; linge de maison... vous pouvez déjeuner devant la maison, la terrasse est petite mais très pratique et fonctionnel. terrasse sans vis a vis.
Endroit très calme malgré un voisinage proche.
INCONVENIENT :
le seul inconvénient est cette proximité des voisins, les maisons sont collés de chaque côté, ainsi que les terrasses. Mais les voisins sont des propriétaires discret et calme.
