Jeremy et Arielle sont des hôtes parfaits et très attentionnés. Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits avec nos deux enfants et c’était très bien. Lappart est très bien sécurisé avec accès à un stationnement interieur. Une excellente boulangerie est juste au coin de la rue et l’accès à la plage est à deux minutes. Aussi à 200m il a la gare croc-de-cagne qui est à deux station de la gare de Nice. Merci encore aux hôtes!

I booked the apartment for only me but then the wife came too! We still had plenty of space and Jeremy was very helpful arranging a taxi and someone to show us everything. The apartment was very clean and the location was perfect: despite being very central it was extremely peaceful. Great stay, thanks very much.

We had a lovely holiday staying in the apartment in Crocs de Cagnet. The studio apartment is small but managed to accomadate a family of five, two children in the bunk beds and a baby in a travel cot. It was very well equipped and our children were pleased with the toys and books on offer. The apartment is in a perfect location, only 2 minutes from the beach, bars and restaurants. And a few minutes walk to the train station. We had some great days out visiting Antibes and Nice, both only 15 minutes away on the train. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Hi All, I would strongly recemmond this place to stay. I have stayed there and found Jermy very kind and supportive. I lost the way her cousin came to help me there and routed me to right places and shops till my all issues are not sorted out. It was really wonder full support in new country. I am very thankful to him for all the support and stay was also very well located and safe, clean, cute apartment to stay and enjoy your holidays without any headache. The main problem for me was the constant noise from the ventilation shaft and a neighbouring apartment, whose occupant enjoyed playing music late into the night and early hours of the morning. I didnt sleep well at all, despite using earplugs! The owner did offer to send a plumber out for the ventilation noise but we didnt want to wait in and waste our holiday time and I couldnt see how a plumber would be able to rectify the problem anyway. If you are a good sleeper then this apartment might suit you. It is near to the beach and has restaurants and food shops nearby. There is a large fold out bed in the main living area and another bed tucked into the entrance area. Both beds were comfortable.

Nice studio, small but perfect for two adults and two children. Situated in quiet and peaceful area but still only a few steps to the beach and the nice beachwalk with restaurant and shops. The pool was very nice and never too crowded. The contact with the owner was quick and easy and he was very helpful. We would love to come back again!

My family had a lovely week in the Cote D'Azur area. Jeremy's apartment was adequate to our needs in size and ideally located for public transport, beach front and Tourism Office. The swimming pool was nice and never too busy for our comfort. The Wi-Fi in the apartment worked very well also. For those big into cooking big meals the 2 ringed electric hob wouldn't suffice, but was fine for breakfast and light meals. Jeremy was there to greet us on our late arrival and had plenty of time to show us around. He let it known also, to help us with any queries we might have during our stay. We were so grateful to him on our date of departure, in allowing us to stay in the apartment until late into the evening to accommodate our late flight home! I would suggest to travelers to check out Uber as an alternative to a taxi from the Airport, as it was one third of the minimum taxi fee of €35 when we were returning for our flight home. We departed from our holiday with the feeling of wanting to return!

Very nice and safety place, close to the sea, shops and restaurants. The owners are very friendly and they speak good english. The swimming pool from the residence is clean and quit so you ca have a good relaxing time there. I strongly recommend this appartment.

We( myself my wife and two boys 9 and 7)just back from Cagnes Sur Mar. We had fantastic time from the weather to the flat and meeting Jeremy and Arielle. The flat location was brilliant, well equipped and comfortable very convenient to the beach, shop and very good swimming pool within the residence. 3 minutes walk to train station, but the most important the pleasant and friendly manner of Jeremy and Arielle toped the comfort of our stay. We stayed in the apartment as a family (parents with 17-year old young man). The apartment turned out to be spacious enough and sufficiently equipped to make our stay comfortable. Initially we thought it would be too small for us (as a house inhabitants we are used to large space). Nothing farther from the truth! Location excellent - close proximity to the pool which was a daily routine for us. As a matter of fact we didn't swim in the sea... The owners are very kind and responsive. When the date of our stay approached we stayed in close touch and exchanged emails daily since we had a lot of questions for which we always have received responses. Also, Jeremy oganized that we were picked up at the airport which was extremely convenient. We think seriously about coming back next year.

Très belle propriét,propre et calme, située à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage et de ses nombreux restaurants, la gare TER est également proche, ce qui est très pratique pour les voyages en train. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et très souple pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Vous disposez dans l'enceinte de l'immeuble d'un emplacement privatif en sous sol pour la voiture, en extérieur, une piscine est à votre disposition. Ma femme et moi, recommandons vivement cette location.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement qui est à proximité de tous, la plage est à 2 minutes à pied, la piscine est propre et calme. Résidence sécurisée très calme et propre également. C'est un magnifique endroit à visiter proche de Nice, Cannes... Nous avons été très bien accueillie par Jeremy et son futur petit guide 😊. Ruhige Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung an Bus und Bahn. Die Wohnug befindet sich in einer Residenz, welche sehr gepflegt und sauber ist. Schöner großer Pool mit kostenlosen Liegen. Mit dem Bus ca. 20 Min. bis in die Altstadt von Nizza. Restaurants und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ca. 250 m bis zum Meer bzw. Promenade. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter auf Englisch. Wir würden wieder kommen.
