Jeremy and Arielle were accomodating to our issues. When the balcony door was stuck, they called someone to help us out even though it was late. The location is close to the train and the coast. Clean and safe apartment, good for families.

Close to beach, quit area. Easy to go to airport and Nice.

The studio was quite small, although there were only the two of us. It was well-equipped and reasonably clean except for the balcony area, which had suffered from the visitations of numerous pigeons and was not a nice place to sit out on. The main problem for me was the constant noise from the ventilation shaft and a neighbouring apartment, whose occupant enjoyed playing music late into the night and early hours of the morning. I didn't sleep well at all, despite using earplugs! The owner did offer to send a plumber out for the ventilation noise but we didn't want to wait in and waste our holiday time and I couldn't see how a plumber would be able to rectify the problem anyway. If you are a good sleeper then this apartment might suit you. It is near to the beach and has restaurants and food shops nearby. There is a large fold out bed in the main living area and another bed tucked into the entrance area. Both beds were comfortable.
