The apartment was easy to find.
The view from the terrace is beautiful.
The air conditioning was amazing in a very hot July in Positano.
The place could be managed a little better. We had no towels when we arrived and had to go up to the hotel Posa Posa to ask for some. Then the hot water ran out and we never found out why. The water was shut off in the town for two nights but we were only informed the following morning, despite calling the hotel. There is a shortage of cups/ plastic glasses and the villa could use a laundry basket. We had no supplies when we got there and there was nothing in the villa ( other than minibar in the fridge). It would have been a nice touch to leave something complementary for our arrival as the closest shops are a walk uphill.

the location was perfect! Close to the beach and close to the main street! The property views are also very beautiful! (would have been even better with favorable weather )
Bathrooms are a bit small, also the main floor bathroom has no counter space so its difficult to use the sink area (but its manageable not a deal breaker at all)
The downstairs pool/spa is not heated or could’nt be heated during our stay. This makes the pool a bit useless even if the weather was hot we didnt see how it would be of use when the pool is cold.

The best part is the view from the Villa
The indoor plunge pool /jacuzzi was disappointing -cold and unable to heat up. The whole Villa was very cold.
