The staff were really nice! When we got there our luggages were already in the room. They communicated and responded very quickly. Their instructions for check in was easy and direct. Their place is near a beautiful river and a street full of shops.
I think the twin room that we stayed at had a slope or hole on the floor but it didn’t affect our stay that much. We were also confused on where the men’s toilet were. We really didn’t use the facilities so can’t say much about it. I’d say the most problematic were the buses, they didn’t have any form of transportation for the night and even the go taxi so we had to use uber. The convenience stores were also 15 min walk which is not bad but this location has a lot of inclines and declines.

The Location was great! The onsen access next door was fantastic. The facility is clean and nice and the staff were friendly.
I found the sleeping pad to be hard and uncomfortable which made sleep very challenging. The pillow was also very soft providing little support. If you have hyper mobility or any soft tissue issues perhaps not the best.
