Well equipped flat with kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, iron and everything else you need.
The flat was full of cigarettes smell. Signs of no smoking signs were in the flat but it was hard to sleep.
The appartment is on the 4th floor and no elevator.

A nice apartment with two separate bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood.
Passcode sent to us from the lockbox was incorrect however host reacted fast when called and gave the correct one.
Bed in one of the bedrooms were too soft. Also, we could smell smoke even it was a strict rules not to smoke in the apartment. Apartment is at 5th floor and no elevator so have in mind.

We stayed at the Apartment for a couple of nights as we were attending a wedding nearby. The flat was very clean and spacious. All the amenities were available as described in the offer, incl. the iron, hairdryer, coffee machine.
The hosts were very communicative and made it easy for us to find our way to the flat and check in ourselves. We highly appreciated the detailed instructions.
We travelled with a car, so the small parking in front of the building dedicated to its residents came very handy.
The area itself was very plesant and offered a range of services we required - since we were attending a wedding a nearby hairdresser came very handy. We didn't visit the city of Kielce itself, so it's rather difficult for me to define accessibility of the city centre.
The flat is very clean and plesant, though it could do with a little refresh here and there. It's clearly been visited by many over several years, so perhaps a little paint job or change of sofa cushions could help elevate the space. Having said that, its minor aestethics that have not impacted the quality of our stay.

Communication with the host was great. We were able to get in the apartment an hour after booking it. Clear instructions how to get to the apartment.
For us the location was good.
Nice balcony.
Apartment is comfortable and spacious.
Door handle in the bathroom was broken.
