Fajny apartament z super lokalizacją. Zaledwie kilka kroków i jesteś na najdłuższej promenadzie w mieście. Mieszkanie czyste i przytulne. Kontakt z gospodarzem świetny i błyskawiczny. Duży plus za podziemny garaż. Dla osób przyjeżdzających do Kielc pociągiem również super miejsce, z balkonu widać dworzec, który jest parę minut od mieszkania.
Niepraktyczny kran w łazience nad umywalką.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Apartament zgodny z opisem, czysty i schludny. Centrum miasta, ale było cicho i spokojnie. Duży plus za podziemne miejsce parkingowe. Super kontakt z właścicielem. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Czysto, przytulnie, cicho, dobre wyposażenie, dobra lokalizacja blisko centrum.
Miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym niestety dla bardzo małego samochodu, jest bardzo wąskie.

Świetna lokalizacja i ogromny plus za parking podziemny. W obiekcie czysto, na wyposażeniu wszystko czego potrzeba do przygotowania posiłków. Kontakt z gospodynią świetny.
Osoba o bardzo wyczulonym słuchu i lekkim śnie może mieć problem z dźwiękiem jaki wydaje WC (napełnianie się zbiornika bo ewidentnie musi coś przeciekać). Jednak jest to kwestia do naprawy ;)
