Excellent!

We stayed four nights and had an incredible stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. Each morning, we woke up with a beautiful sunrise over the Umbrian hills. Very romantic! Dinner was excellent as well!

There could have been a little more variety in the breakfast, but apart from that we enjoyed our stay :)

Sven and Michele made us feel very welcome and it was an incredible stay, peaceful and quiet

It's one of the nicest places we stayed at, on top of a hill. The views of the surrounding area is stunning and the location is perfect for visiting other places of historic interest. Besides the bedroom and bathroom there was also a lounge where you could watch TV. The hosts served a continental breakfast and we tried also the dinner which reflected local dishes. There is also a swimming pool if you fancy a bit of exercise

To get to La Collina is a bit of a challenge for the road is pretty basic and has a few potholes but manageable by everyone

The best agriturismo vacation we have had in over 30 years of vacationing this way. There is no way we won’t return.

The warm armosphere …inside like an art museum, and outside a huge terrace overlooking the beautiful Umbrian country side and a gigantic pool. But the very best part where our hosts, Sven and Michele, two of the most caring , friendly and efficient staff a person could desire.

Beautiful Country home in remote part of Umbria. The room was big and beautifully designed. Loved the dinner. We will come back here in the future.

A tranquil stay in beautiful accommodation situated in a gorgeous corner of Umbria.

The hosts were very welcoming and offered an amazing dinner with some really wonderful wine. The room was of a good size and very comfortable. A very peaceful location, with gorgeous views out towards Orvieto. Altogether, an excellent overnight stay.

Exceptional

The property is one of the best places we have been to. A perfect property in Umbria with a breathtaking view and so kind hosts- Sven, Michele and Simona.A magical silent place where you can definitely take the best rest. And it’s close to many historical places, but far enough to totally forget about the daily routines. The house is a beautiful mix between old Italian style and the modern life. It has all the facilities which make your stay perfect-comfortable beds, a romantic terrace to eat, the pool is big enough and so clean.Everywhere in the property is very clean. The breakfast definitely worths, but the traditional Italian dishes that Michele prepared for us every evening were the best. We didn’t want to go out to restaurants. And Sven- he is so kind and helpful,that he even helped us to fix a situation which was out of his range. We definitely recommend to all guests who want to touch to the ‘Italian dolce vita’.

Beautiful Country House with stunning views and great hosts !

We had a great stay at this beautiful place. The hosts and new owners Michele and Sven made it a beautiful, relaxing spot and make you feel home from the first moment. Their hospitality is top and they really want to you to enjoy and have a great time ! The house is located on the top of a hill with stunning views from your bedroom, terras and pool area. The pool is perfect just like the food that will be prepared by Michele at diner. The house is located in the area of Orvieto with many interesting places to visit.

Nothing really. The last track of the road was a bit bumpy, but that is part of the adventure and is still good to drive.

location meravigliosa immersa nelle colline,solo silenzio e relax.Sven e Michele ci hanno accolto nella loro casa con entusiasmo e tanta cura. colazione eccellente come le marmellate.Abbiamo cenato per tutte e due le sere del nostro soggiorno e nel cibo che è strepitoso si sente la passione e l amore .Abbiamo anche usufruito del maneggio da loro consigliato ed è stata un esperienza bellissima e appagante.

Eine einzigartige Unterkunft in traumhafter Kulisse, geführt von zwei phantastischen Menschen.

Wir fahren seit nahezu vierzig Jahren nach Italien, kennen alle Regionen. Das was wir hier erleben durften war einzigartig. Die überwältigende Aussicht, der herausragende Stil des Hauses, die tolle Suite, das Frühstück und insbesondere das außergewöhnliche Abendessen, zubereitet von Michele, haben uns schlicht "umgehauen". Getoppt wurde das Ganze nur noch von der noch nie auf unseren Reisen so erlebten Herzlichkeit, der Warmherzigkeit, der umsichtigen Aufmerksamkeit und der kompetenten Unterstützung in allen Belangen der beiden phantastischen Gastgeber. Es geht nach unser Ansicht und Erfahrung nicht besser.

Nichts! Nur der Weg dorthin könnte besser sein (angesichts der Qualität der Unterkunft eine Banalität) . Denn dafür können Sven und Michele nichts.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt mitten in Umbrien!

Traumhafte Lage auf dem Land, mit Blick auf Olivenhaine, mittelalterliche Dörfer und wunderschöne Sonnenauf- und untergänge direkt vom Zimmer aus. Dazu sind Sven und Michele einfach besonders aufmerksame und tolle Gastgeber, die unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht haben. Ein besonderes Highlight war das köstliche Essen jeden Abend, bei dem auch auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen wurde.

Fantastisch!

Wat een prachtig verblijf! We hebben enorm genoten van onze tijd bij Sven en Michele. Beide gastheren zijn ontzettend gastvrij en altijd bereid om te helpen. Michele zijn kookkunsten zullen we zeker missen, zijn Italiaanse gerechten waren niet alleen heerlijk, maar ook afwisselend. De studio was van alle gemakken voorzien en het zwembad was fantastisch. Het was de perfecte plek om volledig tot rust te komen en te ontspannen. We gaan het missen!

Come rigenerarsi in pochi giorni🌈

Sono stati giorni di pace e di cura tra la natura e il buon cibo: proprio quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Sven e Michele (e i loro dolci animali da compagnia) sono stati impeccabili nell'accoglienza e nella disponibilità. La location meravigliosa è arredata con gusto e carattere. Consiglio vivamente anche a persone vegetariane, le proposte (ottime) di cena sono state sempre adattate a questa necessità. Torneremo appena possibile, grazie per questa esperienza di benessere a tutto tondo!

Tutto, assolutamente tutto. Bellissima la struttura. Proprietari molto accoglienti. Letto comodissimo. Piscina pulitissima e grande. Ottima cena (3 portate) con la vista spettacolare. Un posto davvero silenzioso. Ottimo per chi voluole riposare lontano da qualsiasi rumore. Direi che le foto non rendono un po la bellezza di quest posto e struttura

L'unica piccola pecca gli orari di colazione e cena. Per chi mangia prima tenete conto che si mangia un po' piu tardi.

Torneremo!

La gentilezza estrema dei proprietari è ciò che colpisce maggiormente fin dal primo momento. All’arrivo, ci hanno accolto venendoci incontro alla macchina, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Anche al momento del nostro saluto, sono stati entrambi presenti con un calore autentico. La struttura è immersa nella campagna, lontana da tutti e da tutto, e la sera addormentarsi con la finestra aperta ammirando Allerona illuminata è stato un’esperienza davvero rilassante e suggestiva. La colazione, servita sulla terrazza, è stata molto piacevole, così come la piscina, che è semplicemente bellissima. Consiglio vivamente questo luogo a chi cerca pace, natura e un’accoglienza calorosa. Mi spiace non avere provato la loro cucina ma avevamo già pianificato tutto… devo tornarci per provarla!!!

Relax totale

Abbiamo appositamente selezionato questo alloggio per allontanarci dalla città e vivere qualche giorno di completo relax. Devo dire che 5 notti qui sono state quasi una rinascita: silenzio assoluto, zero macchine in transito dato che la country house si trova a 10+ km dal primo centro abitato (strade bianche), vista totale su colline umbre, ed una piscina tenuta impeccabilmente a cui poter accedere senza limitazioni di orario. Colazione servita dagli host e, su comunicazione, anche la cena preparata in casa da Michele, mentre Sven cura ogni minimo dettaglio di mise en place (ho adorato il servizio piatti-tazzine tedesco). Sven e Michele sono i due host: oltre ad essere gentilissimi, hanno una cura unica del cliente — accompagnati anche dai loro due pastori tedeschi che vedrete scodinzolare in giro. Ci mancheranno le nuotatine mattutine qui! Ma torneremo. Consiglio il posto soprattutto a chi vuole staccare la spina, in quanto le strade bianche disincentivano il via vai, e quindi si è più motivati a rimanere all’alloggio. Proprio per questo, viene messo a disposizione il servizio cena — che vale la pena anche solo per la terrazza dove viene servita! Consiglio anche qualche degustazione nei dintorni, e una visita al borgo (e chiesa) di Allerona, oltre che alla città di Orvieto (che però è sempre di passaggio).

Ci sono molte mosche intorno, soprattutto all’area piscina.

Grazie a Sven e Michele sembra di entrare in casa di amici, location molto bella e pulita, casale rurale ben ristrutturato, bellissima piscina, abbiamo anche cenato e apprezzato una cucina tradizionale ben fatta. Se in zona ci ritorneremo volentieri. Bravi continuate su questa linea.

Se si può trovare un difetto potrebbe essere la strada per chi non apprezza le strade bianche (circa 9 km) ma ci si trova in un paesaggio che ne ripaga il tragitto.

Posto del cuore

Abbiamo trovato un'oasi di pace, che sicuramente sarà una meta di prima scelta quando avremo necessità di ricaricare. Fiore all'occhiello sono i padroni di casa, Michele e Sven, attenti e presenti, aprono le porte della propria casa e ti fanno sentire come se fosse la tua. Dalla colazione al dopo cena è tutto minimamente curato, hanno mostrato anche ottime soluzioni alle mie esigenze alimentari. A guarnire la cornice abbiamo poi l'affetto delle principesse a quattro zampe di casa. Se si cerca un luogo dove rilassare corpo e mente e scambiare quattro piacevoli chiacchiere, Casa Raffaella è il posto giusto. Torneremo presto! Grazie Veronica e Lorenzo

É un posto incantevole, curato nei minimi particolari. Siamo stati accolti da Sven, un perfetto padrone di casa!! La piscina esterna un pochino appartata per rispettare la Privacy è ben curata e veramente invogliante. Il patio e la terrazza romantici da morire!!! Cena ed aperitivo al tramonto un sogno. I piatti cucinati da Michele, un unione tra bontà, semplicità ed amore!! I saloni all'interno... Wow!!! Eleganti, caldi accoglienti!! Vogliamo assolutamente tornare d'inverno per viverli!! Bellezza e relax

Il casale è splendido: il restauro ha conservato tutta l’autenticità dei materiali; gli arredi, l’illuminazione e l’atmosfera lo rendono molto affascinante. Gli ampi spazi esterni e la piscina molto grande, rendono il soggiorno estivo piacevole e rilassante. Sven e Michele sono due hosts eccezionali: ti fanno sentire a casa in ogni momento della giornata; la loro ospitalità è autentica e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Squisita la cena preparata da Michele, sempre diversa nel menù del giorno. Posto da vivere in ogni momento dell’anno, vista la tranquillità e il silenzio della campagna. Menzione speciale per Lorelei e Norma Jeane, i due splendidi pastori tedeschi affettuosissimi e coccoloni!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaubsort zum wohlfühlen !

Sehr schönes altes Bauernhaus, welches sehr geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist, wunderschöne Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände, die alle eine Geschichte haben. Ein schön angelegter Swimmingpool in einer phantastischen Landschaft. Das Anwesen ist perfekt angelegt, ruhig mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten zum verweilen und entspannen. Das Abendessen ist jedesmal eine kulinarische Überraschung und Entdeckung. Sven und Michele sind die perfekten Gastgeber, die sich sehr persönlich und herzlich um ihre Gäste kümmern und eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre schaffen. Wir können diese Unterkunft bestens empfehlen und werden sicher gerne wiederkommen.

Als "Touris" gekommen und als Freunde gegangen!

Ein wunderschönes, mit unglaublich viel Liebe restauriertes und eingerichtetes Haus, eingebettet in eine grüne Landschaft mit herrlichen Panoramablick auf das umbrische Umland. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die beiden Gastgeber gestalteten unseren Aufenthalt von der ersten bis bis zur letzten Minute auf das Angenehmste. Es beginnt am Morgen mit dem guten Frühstück in gepflegter Atmosphäre und endet am Abend mit einen Drink, nach dem wir uns von Micheles Kochkünsten verwöhnen lassen durften. Sven versorgte uns rund um den Tag aufmerksam mit Speis und Trank sowie allen notwendigen Dingen, nicht zuletzt mit wertvollen Ausflugstipps in die nähere und weitere Umgebung, wofür die Unterkunft mit ihrer Zentralen Lage an der Grenze von Umbrien, Latium und der Toskana ein idealer Startpunkt ist. Alles in allem war es ein Urlaub, welcher in jeder Hinsicht unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat und sicherlich nicht der letzte hier war.
