The toucan was amazing. The staff was so welcoming. They made food after they were closed for the night. Great atmosphere right by the beach.

The room was comfortable,
The entree of the hotel was horrible. The hotel was empty and the view from my room was to a old house with a patio with mud and garbage.

Very friendly staffa and the facility is right on a decent beach. It has a nice open space for hanging out. Nice AC.
The wifi signal inside my room is very spotty to non-existent. Also, the shower is cold- no hot water. I understand the weather is hot but still nice to have the option of hot water. 3 days of cold shower finally got me a cold sore. The hotel advertised strong WiFi and it didnt. I would never have selected the hotel if i knew the wifi is spotty inside my room.
