Very much worth the climb.

The position overlooking the sea, the huge windows overlooking the sea, the beautiful terrace, the air conditioning and kind natalia welcoming us to the house.

The fact that booking.com says that there is parking available. If you’re lucky enough to find space, pay for parking is available underneath the house. Also, the owner sent me a text message after I paid mentioning that “as per property website”, aka, not booking.com, the property is on the hills and can only be reached by climbing 6 flights of steep stairs under the sun. I think this detail has to be clarified before payment.

Nice but not recommended

Amazing view and high value room style

No nets and very bad fiixtures made lots of insect, various sizes, to come in the room even with closed windows. We made it thanks to insecticide in and out of the room h24. No relaxing and sane at all. The bad was also very unconfortable. Lots of steps to reach the place from parking zone. Too high price for all of that cons.

Ok, for the young and adventurous.

I like sleeping in cave dwellings and the bedroom is in a cave. The birdsongs, frogsounds and ocean were great to listen to at night and in morning.

All the steps up to the house can be a problem for some. The pictures of the place on Booking were confusing so I thought we would have our own patio, but our dwelling had a patio where others walked through.

What a view!

Everything was SO nice here. We absolutely loved waking up to the view each morning, having such a nice terrace and being so close to the beach. The steps up are good for fitness! Natalia, who welcomed us, is so super kind and accommodating. We could hear frogs at night and saw so many birds and even a deer. It was so nice to be amidst the nature but so close to the beach and also a short walk to a very cute little beach town. We will definitely return!

You have to understand that being in such a natural location you're likely to see a few bugs here and there, but it was perfectly normal and the cleanliness was not in question, so it wasn't an issue for us. Also it wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues, just with the steps, but again, we enjoyed the elevated position and the steps are worth it!

Awesome week in the Cave apartment overlooking the bay

We came for a whole first week of May to enjoy MTB trails in the area on hired electric bikes. + Host Our host Natalia was the best apartment host I have ever met and we do travel regularly for holidays. I have never seen anyone being so proactive and thoughtful. We were give all arrival instructions without needing to ask. Before we arrived I knew who I am meeting and was already in touch regarding arrival time and check-in. +Apartment outdoor space and lovely decor The apartment we have hired was the Moroccan Cave and we were really happy with how well equipped it was. Also presents itself much bigger in real life and it has: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen leading to the outside patio area. I am impressed by the fact, that despite being close to other apartments, we could hardly see the other guests and enjoyed a view of the bay. A big plus is the clever arranged outdoor space entirely for ourselves. Each apartment has private loungers and tables and grill outside, so again it was pure pleasure to cook and watch moonrises. The decor is really tasteful and gave us the chance to immerse in being on holidays +Equipment We had a full size cooker, grill, microwave and washer drier machine. We were also able to hire an underground garage to store the bikes in for additional fee. Please ask if it is available, of you need it. +Location and time of visit Early may was a great choice with perfect temperature, still available street parking and zero mosquitoes. There is also an entrance to Spiaggia Libera just at the base of the stairs. The property is cleverly located on the edge of limited traffic zone, so shops and restaurants are a short stroll away, while the location remains peaceful. We didn't have a chance to visit the two beach bars, because we were too busy riding the bikes.

The wifi was not working for us. There are a lot of steps. A kettle would have been nice.

La grotta marocchina e stata una bellissima esperienza ovviamente è molto particolare a me è piaciuto molto. Vista stupenda Casa arredata con tutto il necessario per cucinare e fare grigliate Natalia molto simpatica e disponibile . il proprietario è stato super gentile al telefono. Consiglio vivamente questo posto stupendo dove ci tornerò 🥰

Ci sono molte scale da fare per arrivare al appartamento, però si sa per ottenere le cose belle bisogna fare fatica 🤗

Magari una vita così per sempre...

La scalinata ha il suo fascino. Vista mozzafiato sia di giorno che di sera, soprattutto per guardare un bellissimo tramonto con la luna che sorge. Nel momento in cui siamo arrivati la stanza profumava di pulito, era tutta perfetta e accessoriata di ogni comfort. Anche le sdraio fuori molto funzionali. Terrazzino top per cenare o fare aperitivo. Natalia super cordiale e gentilissima. Ci torneremo sicuramente, già ci manca.
