La posizione della casa è ottima, molto comoda per arrivare in spiaggia e molto comoda per arrivare in centro a Spotorno. Gli spazi erano sufficienti per tre persone e l'aria condizionata ha aiutato, viste le temperature.
La casa è "vecchia nello stile" con mobili vecchi ed infissi datati. Due tapparelle erano rotte e non si potevano abbassare, una era nel soggiorno dove dormiva una persona. Non era presente nessun "welcome kit": olio, aceto, una spugnetta pulita, due o tre capsule per il caffè, sale, etc. In alcuni punti la carta da parati era staccata dal muro. La doccia in bagno era in parte chiusa dalla classica struttura in plexiglass ed in parte da una tenda in plastica.
