This is a wonderful apartment, spacious and light-filled. The beds are very comfortable (firmish mattresses), and the kitchen is generously stocked. It is within walking distance to many attractions. Public transport is very close by (eg, metro and tram about one minute’s walk). There is a well-stocked supermarket about five minutes’ walk away. We didn’t meet the host Joana, but she was very prompt and amenable with our queries. We had an issue with the hot water system one morning, and she resolved it promptly, by sending her colleague Hugo, who fixed it instantly. William’s wife.

We liked everything about the property.

1. Very good and convenient location with buses, metro and trams nearly and supermarkets like Auchan and ALDI about 200m away. 2. Apartment is clean and tidy and kitchen has full facilities for cooking. 3. Spacious 3-bedroom apartment with one ensuite and one outside bathroom. 4. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are provided with blackout curtains,

1. People who is sensitive to smells like my wife may find that the ensuite bathroom has some smell of drains. 2. Sometimes, we could hear the emergency or large vehicles passing as the soundproofing is not very good. 3. The wifi signal at the ensuite room is not good. It would like nice if usb or additional sockets are provided near the bedside for charging of devices. 4. I sent a message to the host on the last night but did not receive any response even after check-out.

Very nice spacious rooms with solid wood doors that block noise.

We stayed three nights and we had lots of problems with the tankless water heater. The street noise was significant each night until approximately 11:00pm.
