About this house rental
Very beautiful marina completely renovated with a contemporary style offering 4 bedrooms all air conditioned 3 upstairs 1 on the ground floor.
Two bedrooms overlook the harbor, one on the side of the marina and the last on the back of the house on the ground floor.
It has 2 bathrooms and a toilet upstairs, on the ground floor there is a toilet with a hand basin.
A large fully open room includes the kitchen, the dining room and the fully air conditioned living room.
And finally its large outdoor terrace which overlooks the quay of the marina.
Access to the platform from the terrace is protected by a net for small children.
1 minute walk from a small shopping center with bakery, butcher, supermarket, bar restaurant, hairdresser, pizzeria, fishing equipment.
3 mins drive from the Camargue port beach.

Très jolie Marina, logement pour 8/10 personnes maxi bien équipé. Endroit calme, belle terrasse, on s'y sent bien.
Le parking de la supérette permet de se garer facilement.
Tout est à proximité comme indiqué.
Très bonne communication/échange si besoin.
Le lave vaisselle est HS, on a repris les vieilles habitudes.

Habitation grande et très bien agencée avec une zone cuisine familiale très bien équipée, une belle pièce à vivre et de grandes chambres.
Des commerces juste en face, très pratique.
A noter : La maison est au bout d'une "branche" de la marina, côté Terre . De ce fait, il y a au moins une bonne vingtaine de minutes de marche pour arriver sur la plage. A prendre en compte avec des enfants jeunes.
Très bons échanges avec le propriétaire, très sympathique.

Bon séjour en famille avec le soleil, maison bien située à proximité de commerces et de la plage et un accueil très chaleureux . Par contre la maison à besoin de travaux dégâts des eaux dans salle de bain (moisissures), peintures qui cloquent dans certaines chambres, trous dans les 2 WC bouchés avec des sacs plastiques et une chambre qui ne possède pas de volet roulant pour les enfants pas top, l'état du logement n'est pas à la hauteur des prestations
