About this apartment rental
Spend an excellent holiday with family or friends in this bright and spacious marina of 55 M2. It is located on the first floor and has two terraces, one of which has a view of the boats and marinas. It has a garden. Direct access to the private quay. It has been recently renovated. The bathroom has just been completely redone
The apartment is composed of a large living room including a living room and a lounge area with a view of the port, a kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
A drop-leaf bed in the living room allows a bed for two people (140) and the sofa which is new is convertible into a 2-seater bed.
The kitchen is well equipped: new fridge with freezer, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle...
The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The apartment is air-conditioned and non-smoking.
The garage is private and free.
Access to the private pontoon in front of the terrace.
There is no possibility of putting a boat.
Dogs are allowed provided they are well trained.
The marina is located in a quiet and pleasant area. Shops nearby, 50 meters away: mini-market, bakery, tobacco press, fishing equipment, hairdresser, laundry, bar and restaurants.
Montpellier Mediterranee Airport is 26 km away.
Grau du Roi train station 3 kms.
Beach a quarter of an hour walk.
Possibility to go to the beach of Espiguette by bike in a quarter of an hour.
The centre of Grau du Roi is 2 kms away (about 10 minutes by bike). You will find all shops and a seaquarium and a mini gulf among others, not to mention its lunapark and casino.
Possibility to go on a safari in the Camargue, beautiful horseback rides on the road to Espiguette.
About ten kilometres away is the pretty town of Aigues Mortes with its ramparts, the salt flats of the Midi.
A little further afield you can discover the Camargue with the Saintes Maries de la Mer, Arles ....
You can practice various activities in the surroundings, such as water sports, swimming, sea trips, fishing, tennis, golf, horse riding, gastronomy, idleness, sunbathing. To each his own pleasure.
