About this house rental
Located on one of the Hill Country's most scenic roads for cycling and walking is the brand new Jacquelyn's Retreat. This is the 4th of 4 of Amelia's Casitas and comes with so much to offer! This Casita has 1 bedroom 1 bath (studio style) with a spacious fully stocked bathroom. We also provide a coffee bar set up ready to enjoy on the house. This casita comes OVERSTOCKED with fresh towels/toiletries and water for our guest. We provide a 42" smart TV that is pre-loaded with Netflix and other apps, just login and enjoy. Jacquelyns retreat has a mini kitchenette which includes a microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven with a griddle on top and a coffee pot. LETS TALK VIEWS! There are two charcoal bbq grills and a large fire pit (ready to go) for our guest to enjoy their favorite bottle of wine under the hill country stars. Our guests can enjoy country living only 5 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg! Here at Amelia's Casitas we are pet friendly upon approval, but we do require a additional $30 fee for our maids to completely DEEP clean and deodorize everything. We also require all pets to be on a leash and the pet owner must clean up any and all waste. If at anytime our guest have questions or need recommendations feel free to email or text Leo.
Here are some of our house rules we expect all guest to follow.
~First and for most we hope you will respect our home as if it were your own~
~please leave all dirty towels in the shower so our maids can have easy access~
~do not worry about making up slept in beds, its a kind gesture but our maids will remove everything to wash~
~after 10pm we ask that loud music be kept to a minimum, be considerate of our neighboring casitas~
~we ask that our guest to please wash any dirty dishes and leave them in the drying rack~
~There are 2 bbq grills that are first come first serve so please clean up after you are done so that our other guest can also enjoy it~
~smoking is ok OUTSIDE, please do not smoke inside the casita. We have provided sand buckets for cigarette butts~

The cabin is super cute, private and quiet. We saw deer outside daily which is also really nice. Very close to Fredericksburg. Would definitely book again.

Stay was fantastic! We definitely want to return. Place was super cute and clean. Only thing that had me worried initially was we didn’t any communication or check in instructions until less than an hour before check-in. So just know, you will receive instructions but possibly very last minute. It all worked out though and we really enjoyed our stay!
