About this apartment rental
Beautiful newly built studio style Casita. Enjoy the peace & quite of the Texas Hill Country while being just a few miles away from downtown Fredericksburg. The Casita is equipped with WiFi and a Smart Tv that is logged on to Netflix. We also provide a coffee bar set up for your enjoyment as well as an outdoor area with a fire pit and seating. Bbq pits are on the property so bring some steaks to grill and your favorite bottle of wine to dine under the stars! We hope to see you soon!
This Spacious Studio style Casita has a super comfortable King bed. There is also a Full size stove and refrigerator along with a microwave. The bathroom is also oversized.
There is room for you to bring a blow up mattress ($25 fee for 1 Extra Person).

The location is great for visits in town. The accommodations are clean and quiet. We enjoyed the fire out just outside. Would book again.

This will always be my favorite place to stay. I love the peacefulness of being away from town. Great scenery to take a walk or sit on the front porch and read. Unfortunately this trip involved a major hail storm but the property owners were on sight as soon as it was safe making sure all the guests were safe and assessing any damage. Regardless of this it was still a great time away from the rat race. I will always come back here.

The location of the property was perfect for a get away from the noise. Quite and paceful and We found everything we needed inside of the property. We are xoming back for sure next time.
