Completely renovated this typically French house with a pool has been used in the past as a schoolhouse and was formerly the Mairie for St Hippolyte de Montaigu (old town hall). The village has a small shop within a short walk from the house which sells fresh croissants and bread, fresh fruit, vegetables , wine (and rotisserie chicken at the weekend). There is a Pizza delivery van which comes into the village and outside our house on Thursdays.
