- GARAGE PLACE INCLUDED, located IN THE SAME BUILDING (direct access with the elevator that is at the door of the house)
- AACC and heating
- NETFLIX AND PLAY STATION III
- WIFI
- SHEETS, TOWELS, MESSAGE, OVEN, MICROWAVE, TOASTER, WASHING MACHINE, DRYER.
- LAMINATED SOIL THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE (including bathrooms and kitchen).

- Next to the TRAIN STATIONS (550 meters) AND BUS (300 meters) and the AUTOVIA (300 meters)

- ORIENTED to 3 cardinal points, BRISA constant even in summer (the photos are from 06/20/2017, one of the hottest of the year). Showers on the terrace at dusk in summer cause a cold sensation.
- THE LARGE TERRACE OF MORE THAN 50 M2 IS IDEAL FOR ENJOYING OUTDOOR MEALS.

- 2 minutes walk from the RECTORADO Building.
- 11 minutes walk from PUERTO DE CARTAGENA and NATIONAL MUSEUM OF UNDERWATER ARCHEOLOGY (ARQUA).

- Bastarreche Square (1 minute walk) takes most of the city buses, including the only bus to the Hospital.

We enjoyed the personal and thoughtful decoration and amenities in this lovely flat. The patio/terrace was huge and offered us great sunset views of the hills. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook a meal if we wanted to and the local bakery had delicious breakfast pastries and bread. Parking was very much appreciated. It was a bit noisy but only on one evening and it is a walk to restaurants but overall we were so happy with this apartment! A Roman Road a few steps from the flat is an added bonus for us Canadians!

Cartagena is an underrated gem and this is a great place to stay. Roberto was both very welcoming and helpful.

We had a superb stay in Roberto's beautiful apartment. It is a true home-from-home, comfortable, and very well-equipped including little touches that make the difference. The large sunny terrace is a delight. And basement parking is an added bonus. Roberto is a wonderful host. His communication was always rapid and helpful. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet area of the Old Town and within walking distance of all the major sights. We absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Thank you Roberto.

Clean, well-stocked comfortable apartment. Very helpful owner. Quick to respond. A bit far from the centre of town for renters with mobility issues. Second bedroom rather small Terrace was lovely.
