The apartment is fabulously located and the decor is coherent and stylish. The hostess is friendly and very helpful. She answers promptly and was very accommodating. You have a wonderful view of the old harbor and many great restaurants are within three minutes.

Amazing locality directly above the marina

Nice modern little apartment situated in center of old town Novigrad directly above the marina. The best part of the apartment is the big terrace with the amaying view of marina. You can sit here hours and still don't get tired of the view. :) We also used the bikes which was perfect for commuting to the beaches nearby. Our host Sonja was infredibly kind and willing. Thank you for everything!

The bed could be a little bit harder, but that's just our personal preference. The kitchen could be a little bit better equipped - not suitable for the serious cooking.

Perfect stay at amazing location!

Everything was great - apartment, location, host! Included facial masks and desinfectant, perfectly clean, and relatively cheap parking (50 kn per day, but you need to get the ticket at the parking office, not the machine).

Super centrally located apartment with great views

We had the upper apartment with the magnificent large balcony, top location, directly at the water, everything in walking distance, directly above a cheap bar where you can get coffee etc, amazing views to two sides, nicely decorated apartment - Sonja, the host is amazing, absolutely great,, super friendly, helpful and nice

equipment could be improved: salt, pepper, sugar, hairdryer, or dishwacher not available - parking is a bit diffucult, rest was great

Tolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Hafen

Tolle zentrale Lage. Sehr sauber und gepflegtes Appartement. Super Ausstattung. Da gibts absolut keine Mängel!

Das Appartement befindet sich direkt über dem Café. Es ist halt leider schon ab 7h moegens Trubel. Bis ins die Nacht. Die Wände sind sehr sehr dünn. Man hört wirklich alles durch. Unten aus dem Café sowie die Nachbarn auch.

Heerlijk appartement aan de haven

Sonja is een super lieve gastvrouw waarmee wij makkelijk en fijn contact hebben gehad. Heerlijk en ruim appartement waar wij ons zo’n 12 dagen hartstikke goed hebben vermaakt. Ook fijn dat er een airco aanwezig is, deze werkt top! de keuken is fijn en best luxe voor een vakantiehuisje. Slaapkamer ook erg ruim en voldoende opbergruimte voor kleding etc. Badkamer is gezellig knus. Alles zag er erg netjes uit en het rook ook heel erg lekker binnen. Ingang is makkelijk te bereiken. Er waren fietsen aanwezig die wij mochten gebruiken, sleutels kregen we erbij. Super fijn voor een kleine boodschap zodat je de auto niet hoeft te verplaatsen (ivm parkeerkosten). Wat wel erg fijn is, is dat je op de dag van in- en uitchecken de auto op de parkeerplaats achter de accommodatie kan parkeren, ideaal om spullen in en uit te laden.

Nadeel is dat het parkeren niet gratis is. Op een paar meter afstand lopen zit een parkeerplaats, €10 per dag. Soms moet je er een paar rondjes rijden om een plek te bemachtigen, anders moet je alweer een stukje verder weg parkeren. Naast het balkon zit een hoge piep apparaat tegen de duiven, niet fijn als je buiten wilt zitten. Café onder het appartement heeft al vroeg de muziek aan en dit gaat ook lang door, wij hadden er geen last van maar dit kan wel iets zijn wat je vervelend kan vinden.

Einfach der schönste Ort an der Küste Istriens.

Absolut tolle Lage. Mitten im Ort mit Blick auf den Fischerhafen, wo abends die passegiata stattfindet. Bäcker in Sichtweite, Supermarkt wenige Minuten weg. Fahrräder kostenlos nutzbar. Bar und Restaurant gerade unten im Haus.

Alles super, Sonja ist eine wunderbare und sehr bemühte Gastgeberin!

Die Lage ist ideal, wer mitten im Ort sein möchte. Zentraler geht es fast nicht. Nachteil: es ist ggf. abends auch mal lauter. Insbesondere ist das Schlafzimmer direkt über einem Café, d.h. bis zum späten Abend und morgens ab 7 h ist da Musik & co.

Lage: s.o., aber das muss man einfach wissen und ist eine sehr individuelle Sicht. Sonst wäre es eine glatte 10 in der Bewertung.
