Very central location

Location was good, very close to the beach and restaurants. The shower was lovely and hot, and the apartment was very spacious

Až na malé detaily naprosto super ubytování

Apartmán se nachází přímo v historickém centru a i přesto velmi blízko k moři. V rámci výhledu z apartmánů jsme my konkrétně měli výhled na moře a zároveň na krásnou terasu s grilem, která je součástí restaurace pod apartmánem. Dále nás potěšilo, že provozovatel nám zajistil parkování zdarma přímo u apartmánu, ačkoliv taková možnost v rámci nabídky ubytování deklarována nebyla. Za to smekáme. Personál byl milý, přívětivý, přátelský a velice ochotný.

Neřekl bych nelíbilo, ale spíš mrzelo. Apartmán nemá své venkovní posezení, kde bychom mohli večer s přáteli v soukromí posedět. Na pokoji nebyla rychlovarná konvice, ačkoliv v nabídce v rámci výbavy uvedena byla. Údajně jí předchozí hosté rozbili. Nicméně, museli jsme se spokojit pouze s tímto vyjádřením ale poradili jsme si tak, že jsme si jí půjčovali od přátel z vedlejšího apartmánu. Nikde nelze sušit ručníky a plavky.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und erholsam.

Die Lage im Ortszentrum ist perfekt, ebenso der Parkplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Besitzer sehr freundlich und bemüht. Ein defektes Licht wurde zB. sofort repariert. Das angeschlossene Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Ottima location e buon allestimento interno.

Ottima location a pochi passi dalle spiagge e dal centro della cittadina. L'alloggio presenta un allestimento moderno e spazi comodi. Il posto macchina si è rivelato un plus molto apprezzato.

Alcuni dettagli nell'allestimento del bagno: manca un porta asciugamano vicino al lavandino e supporti per il bagnoschiuma nella doccia. Il bidè è troppo addossato alla parete.

Apartman izgleda kao na slikama. Sve je moderno uređeno. Nalazi se blizu mora i šetnice. Blizu je dućan, restorani i kafići. Domaćin je bio ljubazan i uslužan.

U apartmanu nema sredstva za pranje suđa. Nije baš najzgodnije što na glavnom ulazu zgrade domaćini ostavljaju svoje cipele i tenisice..

Great experience

The location is great to visit Novingrad by walk. The apartment is very modern, just renovated and has all spaces well divided and roomy. The host was very nice. He went to meet us after just 30 minutes we alerted him we would arrive and helped us with the bags.

The difficulty in sleeping ruined an otherwise excellent experience.

Modern, excellent location, good shower, friendly and helpful staff.

Noisy as there is a pizzeria underneath. Loud talk among customers until 11 pm was okay, but until 2 am was ridiculous. Cardboard in the bedroom light switch (otherwise the light stayed on) and folded paper under the kitchen table to stabilize it was also unprofessional.

The room is very clean, cosy and modern. Location is perfect and the stay was great. Staff was very nice.

I had a problem because they didn't pay turistical taxes. I could get two-week quarantine because of that, since I did not have a proof of staying in Novigrad. They have to change the router because the WIFI doesn't work. Also the HVAC split system is missing an outside condenser so there is only a circulation of air in the room without the cooling effect.

Great new apartment

The apartment is brand new and very comfortable. It is a couple of steps from the beach in the old town, so the location is just perfect. The host and his family are very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the late checkout and are looking forward to coming back soon.

The apartment was not clean, there was hair all over the place and a lot of dust, no toilet paper and the pillows were not comfortable at all.
