The apartment was a charming authentic Tuscany apartment. The views were incredible and lots of space to enjoy the outdoors. It was very spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The A/C unit was only in the main room, so when it’s hot it’s important to have a fan or it’s warm.

Andrea, the owner, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help us with every question we had, making us feel like we had a trusted local friend by our side throughout our stay. Our baby loved exploring the beautiful garden, and the breathtaking views made it even more special. The property itself was authentic, charming, and full of character—a perfect place to experience the local atmosphere.

The apartment was freezing for the first two nights, with temperatures dropping to 15-16°C. Despite repeated requests - especially emphasizing that we are with a 2 years old baby and heating is paramount, the owner handwaved that the heating should be fine until he eventually checked the thermostat (from a separate problem of water clogging that he fixed when pointed out) and found it was set too low (18 degrees day time - 15 night time). Once fixed, the stay was much better, but the initial dismissiveness was frustrating. Additionally, the listing incorrectly stated there was an on-site restaurant; in reality, there were no dining options in the village, requiring a 5-minute drive for every meal. This setup is particularly inconvenient for those wanting to return home at night and enjoy a meal with wine, as any dining requires driving back to the apartment afterward. The owner was friendly otherwise, recommended me places to visit, etc. But the inaccurate information on the restaurant and the cold start to our trip left us with a bitter aftertaste.
