Apartment Haus Lauber Apt-2 by Interhome

excellent location, except for note below. Possibly simply enforcing local noise ordinances. (if they exist)? would solve a (solvable?) problem.

the Host may want to look into the local laws on after hours drinking at the Crystal Bar, and the greek sandwich shop across the street, the "employees"? stayed every night until about 1am talking/partying/drinking, then on Friday night they were making noise until 3:30am also maybe create a description in your add about how to collect the key "after hours". it was easy, but I had to ask how to both check in, and check out "after hours". such a description goes a long ways on easing fears of people figuring out the entire train system on 1 hr of sleep. also maybe make a note about how "2nd floor" means two floors above a street/ground first level. as I kept looking at the pictures trying to figure out how a balcony was on the "2nd floor"... when the pictures show the balcony on what the USA calls the 3rd floor.

Very clean and warm. Great location but there was road noise from people when they were leaving local bars. Well appointed and had everything we needed .

Minor things such as sharp kitchen knives and a coffee press, don’t like the pods. Also the chopping board was tiny. Apart from that we liked the apartment, we have stayed in this apartment before.

The location is in a prime spot, right where the shops and restaurants. Once you close the windows though, it was very quiet and serene. The views from the balcony were amazing. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Overall, we loved this apartment!

Shower needs upgrading and we had to wait for hot water to reheat back up coz it ran out. The stairs to the apartment were a bit of a struggle if you have big luggages but we knew that before booking so we didn’t mind it.

Quasi pas de vue, rue parfois un peu bruyante la nuit. manque un peu de luminaires (une seule lampe de chevet, peu de luminaires pièce principale.
