Great apartment, but the lack of sound insulation ruined the chance to truly rest during my holiday

The apartment is modern and nicely decorated, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is excellent, and the terrace view is stunning – especially at sunset. The location is good, just a 3-minute walk from the beach.

Absolutely everything could be heard from the apartment above and next door – footsteps, dragging chairs, even what sounded like a ping pong ball bouncing. This meant I was woken up every morning around 7–8 a.m. and couldn’t rest even after lunch, despite asking the owners for quiet during those times. In six nights I didn’t have a single undisturbed night’s sleep. The apartment was also missing small essentials – there was no cooking oil, no spare trash bags, and no dishwasher tablets for a week’s stay. Because of that, I couldn’t throw away all the leftover fridge items and empty bottles. Finally, although I was told I could check out an hour later, no one informed the cleaner, who arrived at 10:00 and I had to rush out embarrassed and unprepared. Also, the doors were very difficult to lock and unlock, which was inconvenient.

Very nice stay even though quite high up on a small hill.

Beautiful view from the balcony, clean and efficient flat.

It was quite a hike downhill and uphill and to get to and from the beaches and restaurants. Photos of the balcony were not the ones we viewed on Booking.com but were of a larger apartment owned by the same people.

Quiet neighborhod, nice apartment, newly renowated. Would recomend anyone to stay here.

The water tank ran quickly out of warm water when showering for 2 People, but not a big problem if u know about it.

Very nice house, the house is big, the surrounding is quiet and there is a supermarket nearby which is very convenient. The house is on a hill, if you carry a big backpack like me, you can consider taking a taxi

We thought it was closer to city center. It is around 15-20 minutes walking from city center. An oil bottle in the kitchen will be great. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Nice place, nice balcony, not super close to the center but great views of the sunset and sunrise and sea. There's a grocery store nearby. Neighborhood is quiet. The apt is pretty nice, small chic design, but the furniture is basically all ikea.

Very slow wifi. Basically unusable (I had a download speed of 2 MB/s and upload 0.5 MB/s). I would have stayed 4 more days, but had to go back to Split where the internet was faster.

Amazing place

Everything! The place was cool, clean and calm. Far from the noise of the city center but close enough to walk there easily. The host answers fast and is very accessible. Everything we need was in the accomodation. Plus, the sea view from the terrace was amazing. Would love to come back here !

The apartment is very close to the centre,it takes just a 20min walk to get there. Also,you can reach Fortica by foot or stop with the car on you way to the apartment. The apartment is very modern,well equipped - loved the spacious shower and huge TV. The view from the balcony is perfect and we appreciate free parking. The host was very friendly and welcoming and we asked for another set of towels which we got the next day. I would recommend The perfect stay because it is just - PERFECT! :)

Love the apartment and location.

Location right above area of Hula Hula and 5 min walk to Amfora beach and hotel. 15 min walk to town.

A few concerns as bathroom toilet leaked and shower in master bedroom did not have adequate drainage, so everyday water all over the floor. Not enough towels to keep it dry until end of our stay but they were always helpful and responsive.

Gute Lage, mit der Schlüsselübergabe hat alles geklappt, sehr sauber, sehr modern, tolle Terrasse, alles in allem sehr gut

Schloss müsste mal ausgewechselt werden, Schlüssel lässt sich sehr schlecht drehen und die Tür ist sehr lichtdurchlässig, wenn die Tür komplett zu wäre, könnte man morgens auch länger schlafen
