Perfect pad for a short break

This one bedroom apartment has a really spacious living room and kitchen with two dual aspect balconies that provide fantastic views of the islands in the bay opposite Hvar Town. The walk from the port took us about 20 minutes, but it was safe and well lit, and provided great views of the town. It was a perfect place for a short break for two, three, or even for four people.

The apartment is on the third floor , so that. might be a problem for people with mobility issues.

We loved everything about our stay here. The host Milka is very kind and friendly. ❤️ There was everything we needed. I especially enjoyed the big balcony with the sea view. The apartment was very close to the beach and to the city centre, there was also a small market almost across the street which was very convenient.

Cosy and spotless apartment close to the beach with amazing views.

This is a real home from home and the view of the sea every day ,from breakfast to supper is amazing. The hostess and her mother keep the whole place spotlessly clean and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We enjoyed every minute. There is a bit of a hill to the apartment from the beach but nothing too strenuous and well worth it for the sea view. I would certainly recommend the apartments. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Very comfy and cozy place to stay in Hvar - I recommend it a lot

I highly recommend staying at this place! It has everything you may need. It is spacious, clean, has kitchen, is surrounded by trees and offers sea view. We had a really really chilled time there. The apartment is located around 10-15 mins walking from the city center (close enough to go every day, the walk is nice and leads by the sea side), thanks to which you can enjoy the city if you want, and later chill, relax and sleep without hearing any party sounds of the very much alive center of Hvar ;) Studenac shop is like 1 minute from the apartment. Our host Miss Milka was super helpful, nice, welcoming, and paid attention to details - she made our stay super comfortable, thank you for that :) I’m happy we stayed in this place

Appartment is on the excelente location: 5 min to the beaches and Hula Hula Beach bar, and 10 to 15 min to the center. 100m away is a supermarket and a very good restaurant. Appartment is so cozy and very clean ,quiet, with a beautiful sew view from the balcon. Kitchen is fully equipment, bathroom is big enough and clean, badroom is separte from the rest od appartment with big confortable bad and TV. Hostess Milka is extremely nice and helpfull ,and takes care of her guests throughout their stay! I felt like at home there. I highly recommend staying at apartments Zvonimir.

Fantastic location, Spacious and airy apartment with mega terrace.

Great host, very friendly, easy to check-in and out.....was even aloud to store our luggage with her after check-out. Apartment is very spacious, very clean, fantastic terrace, great location, easy walk to Hvar town and the quieter beaches even closer. Very bright and airy. Each room has access to the terrace and 2 showers were useful.

Only one bedroom had an A/C plus also in the living room. Although, in early September, the apartment is cool even though its warm outside and bedrooms have window shutters so A/C not really needed then.

Superb

Milka's apartment was very lovely and I enjoyed staying there. It had everything I needed and it was spotless clean. Milka was a great host, very welcoming and easy to communicate with before arrival. The location is also great, not far from the city centre (10-15 min walk) and removed from all the noise and crowds in the centre. It is a bit up the hill, but compared to other parts of Hvar, this is only a small walk uphill. I would warmly recommend this apartment to everyone.

The property was very well kept and it was very spacious . The location was excellent , not far from Hvar town . Milka the host was fabulous , very friendly and went out her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible . There was a beer and juice in the fridge for our arrival which was a lovely touch .

I frequently travel to Hvar and the location is perfect, lovely neighborhood with a gorgeous perspective of the Pakleni Islands, a short walk from center, close to beach bars/restaurants, a supermarket stones throw away. The hosts (very welcoming) used to work at a luxury hotel and brings that level of quality & service to her apartments (clean and fresh). The apartment has great natural light. I had to take some video meetings and the internet was reliable and there is a decent work station to work from.

We liked the host a lot, she is very helpful and cares about the comfort of the guests. Milka will help you with anything and everything you need. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was good and the position is really good as well. It’s 2 min drive from Spanish fortress and 15 min walk from the city. Only 5 min away from the seaside and the coast. The place was spotless clean! Milka is paying attention to cleanliness a lot. We had a good night sleep cause the neighborhood is quite and everybody is paying attention to each other’s rest and peace. Balcony is nice and the view is beautiful as well.

Great stay! Milka was very helpful and friendly. It was my friends birthday and it was so sweet of her to bring chocolates. The apartment itself is great , right next to a supermarket , 600 metres from the beach and walking distance from town centre.

Alles, von Anfang bis Ende. Unsere Gastgeberin Milka hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie war stets bemüht uns alles recht zu machen. Selbst die Waschmaschine wurde zur Nutzung angeboten. Handtücher werden alle zwei Tage getauscht. Das ist wahre Gastfreundschaft! Lieben Dank dafür.

Było naprawdę super-polecam.

Wszystko było zgodne z opisem, wszędzie było blisko, cudowny widok z tarasu, obiekt na uboczu a jednak blisko do starego miasta-super spacer, plaża też bardzo blisko około 6 minut spacerkiem, jeżeli szukamy bardziej dzikich pięknych plaż to 10 do 15 minut jazdy samochodem i jesteśmy na super plażach. W samym apartamencie bardzo bardzo czysto, często wymieniane ręczniki, Pani gospodyni nadzwyczaj pomocna i przemiła.
