La ubicación, muy accesible para ir al centro de Mazamitla, la cabaña es cómoda y esta en un lugar tranquilo, limpieza en general bien, la alberca muy bien templada, el jacuzzi en la habitación funciono bien. La cocina tiene lo básico para cocinar.
Solo nos proporcionaron 2 toallas y aunque solicitamos extra nunca las llevaron, la cafetera estaba sucia. Solicitamos un asador ya que vimos que las demás cabañas si tenían, pero el que nos llevaron en pésimas condiciones, decidimos mejor salir a comer.

The location of the cabin within the complex was ok. Also, not too far from downtown Mazamitla. Water temperature in the shower and the jacuzzi was ok.
The toilet lacks privacy and some parts of the cabin were not very clean. The TV was not configured properly and the wifi password was not provided. We didn't plan to cook but the kitchen area was missing many things, from coffee filters to kitchen towels to dry the dishes. Wood for the fireplace was provided but not a lighter.

Alberca climatizada, quizá que no le pongan tanto cloro. Comentar que hay que llevar toallas, porque no hay para la alberca .
En general todo bien, solo verificar que estén completos los trastes, en la cabaña por ejemplo solo había 1 taza. Sugeriría también que tengan un escurridor para secar la loza que vamos lavando. El asador ya está muy viejito y roto. Y no sé si puedan considerar poner otro rollo de papel, estropajo y trapo para la cocina.

La comodidad de la cabaña, la cercanía con el centro.
La atención del personal muy por debajo de lo aceptable, no hubo cortesía ni al llegar ni al retirarnos. Un lapso de tiempo considerable tu huno agua potable, no dejan amenidades, como café, jabón para lavar trastes, solo había medio papel higiénico, el jacuzzi estaba sucio.
