Es una cabaña bonita y las instalaciones estaban bien

Creo que falta más atención del personal, al llegar no nos recibieron y había faltantes en la cabaña como papel higiénico en todos los baños y estaba limpio todo pero las sábanas de algunas camas olían a humedad. Creo que lo que no nos gustó fue justamente no tener contacto con alguien que nos apoyara en eso de manera rápida, ya que desde que llegamos mandé msj para informar lo del papel y me contestaron ya hasta muy tarde pero no me dieron solución.

En general la cabaña es bonita, moderna a simple vista. Cuenta con lo básico en indispensable que esperábamos tener. La vista es bonita, los atardeceres y el mirar la lluvia caer desde sus balcones. Buena ubicación

Instalaciones un poco descuidadas, las regaderas de los baños de arriba tenían cabellos, se estanca el agua de las regaderas de los 3 baños, las camas de una de las habitaciones muy incómodas, las almohadas lucían sucias incluso una de ellas estaba manchada de algo que parecía ser sangre, algunas de las persianas rotas, una manija del baño por caerse. El asador está a la intemperie, llovió y cuando quisimos asar carne estaba tan húmedo que nunca pudimos echar a andar la fogata. La bajada para llegar a la cabaña está durísima, los carros sufren bastante para subir. Llevábamos una diésel 4x4 y aún así la vimos difícil.

El alojamiento dentro de lo que cabe es bonito pero tiene muchos detalles, no había luz en un cuarto, cuando llegamos estaba completamente sucio, de los huéspedes anteriores, le marcamos al encargado y mandó a limpiar, después comenzó a llover y dos cuartos se mojaban y el encargado nunca nos contestó para resolvernos

No caben 2 carros cuando decía que sí, el agua se filtra del piso de arriba, las coladeras de agua se tapan, igual las del lava trastes. Las sábanas tenían pelos de perro o gato.
