About this villa rental
Our romantic country villa is nicely located nested in an olive grove, surrounded by trees and fields, in a private and calm area. The villa is suitable for families with children, couples, and/or singles who are looking for a unique experience in a quiet surrounding and only a mere 25 minutes’ drive from Marrakesh’s city center. 320m2 living area and 1000 m2 beautiful garden with olive and lemon trees, a secured 90m2 large pool, outdoor dining area, BBQ and Jacuzzi
The villa is spacious and has exuded a warm and contemporary atmosphere with yet subtle local character. From the roof terrace, you will enjoy a panoramic view of the Atlas Mountains and of the beautiful garden.
The generous central lounge room is endowed with large windows providing direct access to the garden and the pool, a cosy sitting area with a chimney, and two dining areas. Outside dining areas are also available on the terrace, by the garden, or and by the patio. Two (2) master rooms (30m2) with direct access to the terrace are located on the first floor, and 2 rooms (25m2) in on the ground floor. All rooms are featured with contemporary designed ensuite bathrooms.
SERVICE
For additional 15 EUR a day, the Villa will include a highly reliable and efficient house lady. Atika will take care of the house cleaning and makes the beds. She will also prepare your daily breakfast and lunch (the service is to be paid directly to her)
The guest should provide groceries (local markets 5 min and a supermarket 15 min drive away)
Bakir the gardener and concierge can also spontaneously assist you with this. Both Atika and Bakir live nearby and are easily reachable if and when needed.
The house staff has been carefully selected to be is very attentive, discrete and reliable.

Rafik/Bakir were VERY helpful and made sure our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing.
The villa itself is beautiful and spacious, can accommodate plenty of people.
The only downside was the ongoing roadworks which was slightly annoying, but was resolved on the final day so should be ok for future visitors.

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours et nous ne sommes pas déçus. Tout d’abord avant notre arrivée Rafik à pris contact avec nous pour tout nous expliquer (heure d'arrivée, trajet etc).
Puis en entrant très belle surprise, maison spacieuse, belle piscine, bien décorée, bien entretenue, barrière de sécurité pour enfants à la piscine. ...
Et la cuisinière et son mari sont très serviable.
Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

We spent 4nights at this amazing villa about 35mins drive from the centre of Marrakech. The villa far exceeded our expectations, it has a WOW factor that cannot be captured in the photos on this site. The villa is spacious and it is clear a lot of thought has gone into the design.
Aatika and Bakir were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Aatika cooked us delicious Moroccan food on a daily basis, Bakir tended to the gardens , jacuzzi, bbq and the pool daily but his presence never felt intrusive. The villa's owner Rafik was super helpful and responsive throughout the whole process of booking the villa and during our stay.
We have been going to Marrakech and staying at different villa for last three years but was not available this time the dates we wanted, and we are so happy that we found Rafik’s villa that we will be definitely going back on our next visit in September.
