Charming modern apartment in Poblenou with a terrace and pool
Our apartment is located in the quiet and increasingly popular neighborhood of Poblenou, a ten-minute walk from the beach and easily accessible from the city center.
It is located on the 1st floor of a modern residential building, featuring two elevators, a concierge available 6 days a week, a communal 18-meter pool, a wading pool, a children’s playground, and a garden.
This fantastic apartment, very bright and modern, with a white color scheme, features one double bedroom with a comfortable bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 meters, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and an open-concept living-dining room where an incredible sofa can be converted into another 1.60 x 2.00-meter bed by pulling it up from the bottom. The kitchen is fully equipped—with more than you can imagine! It features a cooking machine, an ice cream maker, a waffle iron, a mixer, a blender, and a champagne chiller!
The lovely terrace is the perfect place to have dinner on a cool summer night or enjoy an energizing breakfast while listening to the birds in the trees. There are 6 extra chairs and two extendable tables there.
We provide bed linens and towels, hand soap, and body lotion. We also provide an air mattress for an extra guest.
This apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a fabulous stay in Barcelona and features air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a DVD player, a TV, beach mats, and a beach umbrella!
We provide a baby crib and high chair upon request.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, espresso maker, and kettle. It also has a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and shopping cart.
The building is just 20 meters from Rambla del Poblenou, which is lined with great local shops, restaurants, and bars and serves as the heart and social hub of the area. A stroll along this beautiful boulevard takes you directly to one of the city’s best sandy beaches.
Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find the Glorias Shopping Center, which is full of restaurants, a large Carrefour supermarket, fashion stores, local shops, and a movie theater.

This apartment is located in a residential building. According to community rules, it is suitable only for families and adults over 25 years of age.
The community pool is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. In accordance with community rules, all guests must present identification to access it.
According to local regulations, guests must present personal identification (ID card or passport) for registration.
A security deposit of €300 is required via credit card upon arrival (not applicable to Airbnb reservations). It will be refunded to the same card, after the apartment inspection, within 7 days after check-out.
Please be aware of the following charges, which may be deducted from the security deposit: failure to return the set of keys, €100; stained (sunscreen, makeup, shoe soles, colored) or damaged bed linens or towels, €15 + VAT (21%) each; extra cleaning hour for excessive trash or a dirty apartment, €17 + VAT (21%).
