Basic apartment on the Barcelona coast, located next to the emblematic Rambla del Poble Nou and a few meters from Bogatell Beach.
The Space:
The apartment is located in the fourth floor of a century-old building, simple but practical, with all what you need for a comfortable stay. It does not have an elevator, though. On the other hand, from the tiny balcony you can see the Torre Agbar and the sea.
The flat houses up to 6 people and has one bedroom with a double (futon), one bedroom with two simple beds and a living-room with another
The Neighborhood:
The flat is located on the Marià Aguiló street, a calm walking passage lined with restaurants, shops and some of the most interesting places of the neighborhood, such as the Aliança del Poble Nou.
This historical area of the Poble Nou blends buildings from the XIX century with contemporary works, in an odd architectural mixture that makes of this neighborhood one of the most valued in the city.
Stroll down the Rambla del Poble Nou, some minutes away, and you will join the seaside.
This is the ideal place to spend some vacations with friends, for sport enthusiasts, and for tourists interested in Barcelona’s cultural life.

The property was located in a great neighborhood. We actually felt like we lived there. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Major Barcelona tourist attractions, but close enough to get you anywhere you wanted in 10-15 minutes. The beach was a 6 minute walk and there were great restaurants within 2 to 3 minutes from the front door. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and warm ……. I mean very warm. There was no air con / AC, and only one floor fan was provided for the 2 br apartment. Imagine walking up 5 - yes, 5 flights of stairs, no elevator, and walking into a hot apartment. That’s why I said “read the fine print”. We didn’t find a coffee maker, but that was ok. There were great coffee places 2 minutes from the front door. One more thing - the double bed in the main bedroom was really comfortable - but the mattress bed frame was 4 yo 6 inches off the floor. That may be nice for young folks who have great knees and can squat down with no problem. But for us older humans, this bed was a chore getting in and out of - especially out of. Really. We had to roll over and prop ourselves up just to get on our hands and knees to get up. Here’s a hint to Claris Group - get a new bed frame that’s at least 15-18 inches off the ground. Your clients will appreciate it. Sabrina - our check-in agent, was a jewel. She was waiting for us when we got there, and gave us the lay of the land. The location and neighborhood amenities kind of made the situation “livable”.

They were not ready for the agreed check-in time and we had to wait until 10pm to do so.
Apart from that all ok.
