The lady that checked us in was polite and pleasant as was the guy that checked the room on departure.
The room was ok.
The bar was a very nice area visually.
The staff in the bar were useless, staff looking at a phone is something we've all got used to, but when the staff outnumber the customers you'd imagine they could pay enough attention to serving drinks. They couldn't at all.
Whilst the room was nice enough, the amenities were poor, towels so thin it was hard to dry yourself, literally just a small container of liquid soap and not even a coffee sachet or tea bag.
