The vacation home is suitable for up to three people (a couple plus one single person or an older child). The house features a living and sleeping area on the first floor with a bed approximately 1.50 m wide, a bathroom, and a terrace. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with one single bed. The first floor also features a kitchen. The house is a wooden structure built on stilts, so you can sit underneath it or lie in a hammock. Additionally, there is space to park a car or motorcycle. The vacation home is situated on a fenced-in, landscaped lot of approximately 3,000 m² and was completed in March 2022. The property is in a very quiet location away from the main road. The terrace, with seating and a table, invites you to relax. The vacation home is located about 5 km as the crow flies from the 3-km-long sandy beach at Leam Mae Phim. The seawater and the beach are warm and clean, with shallow water. The beach is cleaned regularly. You can relax and enjoy the beach, whether on the main stretch or in more secluded areas.
You can reach the beach by car in 10 minutes or by moped or scooter in 15 minutes. Hiking trails start right at the vacation home. Biking is a very popular recreational activity.
There are portable fans in the living and sleeping areas. The windows have mosquito nets. The upper sleeping area features an outdoor terrace with benches. The terrace is shaded by the house, providing a relaxing spot.
Most of the time, there’s a gentle breeze, which is very pleasant.
