The apartment was perfect for our longer stay as a group of four girls. There was plenty of space for all of us — and, importantly, for four suitcases and a serious amount of makeup, skincare and clothes. Everything feels new, clean and thoughtfully designed, and the air conditioning works really well throughout the apartment, keeping all the rooms comfortable even on hot summer days. The sloped ceilings take a little getting used to in some areas, but honestly that was such a minor detail compared to how comfortable and well-equipped the apartment is. The terrace was one of our favourite parts, with a beautiful view towards the sea and a lovely atmosphere for slow mornings or evenings at home. The location worked really well for us: it is well connected for getting around Zadar, there is parking available, and a supermarket is only about a five-minute walk away. What made the stay especially memorable, though, was our host Loretta. She is genuinely warm, positive and incredibly easy to communicate with. She was flexible and open to every arrangement we needed and made us feel truly welcome rather than simply like guests checking into a rental. She has such an open-minded, international energy and the kind of hospitality that immediately makes you feel comfortable. We stayed for a full week and felt completely at home.

We honestly don’t have any real complaints. The sloped ceilings can be slightly inconvenient in a few spots, but it was very minor and didn’t affect our stay at all.

Muy bonito, tiene parking, camas cómodas y aire acondicionado. La propietaria muy amable y cercana. Hasta nos regaló pastelitos!

Estábamos en el último piso del edificio y no hay ascensor, por lo que tuvimos que cargar las maletas para subir los tres pisos. Al ser el último piso, el techo inclinado de la casa hizo que nos diéramos algunas veces con la cabeza arriba. O sea que tienes que agacharte en algunos rincones para no darte.

Es cómodo por su amplitud y estaba limpio. Camas cómodas. Ducha muy cómoda. Dueña muy agradable. En general todo bien a excepción supongo de averia pasajera en wc ya q no entraba agua en la cisterna y teníamos q usar una olla de la cocina para echar agua.

Necesitas coche . No puedes hacer nada andando. Una botella de agua en nevera no estaría mal. Wc averiado....supongo ya reparado.
