The property is in a great location and one can walk just about everywhere they desire. It is also quiet and well appointed. It is very relaxing to sit out on the terrace. The living area is of nice size to spread out and relax. The owner, Monica, is very friendly and helpful.
As with many desirable properties in Italy, the property is within the ZTL so one must park some distance away and drag/carry bags over cobbled streets. It is in an older, charming building and located on the top floor. There is no lift or elevator so elderly people need to make certain they are in good condition to climb all the stairs (4 levels) to get to the room, with or without bags. The owner did offer her son to carry bags up to the room which can be a big help. The master bedroom has a slanted ceiling which is low in some areas so those who are taller and/or need to get up in the middle of the night might be best sleeping in the second room.

Tout était parfait ! L'appartement est idéalement placé dans le centre historique, il est très calme et très confortable, agencé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La terrasse est vraiment appréciable, même en hiver. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et la propriétaire a toujours été adorable et prévenante. Un super séjour, je reviendrai avec plaisir.

The location was impeccable, perfectly located on the center, we parked our car next to the property thanks to our host and left it there all weekend. The place is super cute and very well finished. Our host was super welcoming and we look forward to going back!
There were a lot of stairs, and no elevator, but in a way that’s part of the charm and price for such a beautiful old building in the center, so it was worth it.
