Paradise! 🌊🍃

This place was the highlight of our holiday! The apartment was spacious and had a balcony right on the sea. There were just a few stairs down to a rock platform where we could relax and swim in total peace. I would recommend Ratak House to anyone travelling to Korčula!

Paradise on Earth

Apartment was extremely clean and spacious and fully equipped. You have access to a private beach where you will enjoy in silence with extraordinary view. Owner is a great host and he made sure we didn't miss anything. We would recommend this place at any time as we loved it!

Perfect vacation

Very nice apartment on the top floor with 3 bedrooms and living room with kitchenette. All necessary was there - A/C (only in living room - but was enough to cool down whole apartment), TV (only local TV stations), WIFI, kitchen well equipped. Private beach several stairs down with crystal clear water and sunbeds - free to use for guests. Water is immediately quite deep (3-4 meters deep). Apartment terrace with magnificent view. Outside there was a common covered terrace with grill appliances. Parking secured over the apartment house. Pet friendly. Several restaurants nearby within walking distance (up to 1 km), better to have a car. Host very friendly, provided all necessary help. Area is very quiet.

Better marking of the property would be good, from the road it is not clear if we are arriving to the correct parking area.

Best 3 Nights In Croatia

We were looking for somewhere to get away and decompress and still enjoy the beauty of this amazing island. The Ratak house encompassed it all. Spacious room, everything we needed to cook and perfect location to explore the entire island. We spent an entire day at the dock swimming, went wine tasting the next day, and finally exploring local beaches. Perfect three days.

A little remote…but that was a plus for me!!

A very nice host! A beautiful appartment! A stunning view from the big terrace and only 25 steps to the clear blue sea - everything was perfect! We had no car - no need for it- restaurants and a little supermarket are in walking distance (300 -1200m).

Apartment just by the sea. Rooms spacious. Kitchen and bathroom beautiful. Terrace with amazing sea view. Few steps from the sea. Amazing place. Short trip to small port where You can find restaurants and bar.

Everything was Perfect. On the day of our arrival we met one of the house owners Mr. Tomislav. Tomislav is a very kind person, he gave us a quick tour around the house, told us some tips like: where to go for dinner and for grocery shopping. The house is beautiful!!! Really, very cosy and perfect for couples. The private beach is only few steps from rooms, and all the rooms have a great view from balconies. The road is far enough to not hear a single noise from passing (only few times per day) cars. The rooms are well equipped and clean. Our stay was perfect. One of best places to be in Korcula

Nyugalom a hullámok partján.

Közvetlen tengerparti szállás csodás kilátással a tengerparti fenyők árnyékában. Saját nagy terasz, szinte saját tengerpart. Csak le kellett sétálni a sziklás partra és 1 perc múlva már a vízben lehettél. A tenger hullámainak nyugtató hangját egész nap hallgatni lehet. Az apartmannak saját privát parkolója van.

Lokacije je zelo lepa, prav tako razgled. Če želite raziskovati otok, je ta lokacija odlična, saj ni nič pretirano daleč. Užitek so bila jutranja kopanja, saj je do morja samo nekaj stopnic.

Bellissima vista sul mare dal balcone. Spiaggetta privata di cemento proprio sotto abitazione. Balcone dal quale si poteva cenare con vista super. L'abitazione vale per la vista e la spiaggetta

Gradini per arrivare da casa alla strada cosi' come scendere alla spiaggetta senza alcuna protezione. Non adatto a persone anziane o disabili.

Nastanitev je taka, kakor je prikazana na fotografijah. Bližina morja, do katerega se dostopa po stopnicah. Okolje je umirjeno. Gostitelji zelo prijazni. Nastanitev je izpolnila naša pričakovanja.

Manjka varnostna ograja pri stopnicah, po katerih se dostopa do morja in ob zunanjem tušu. Do parkirnega mesta je kar nekaj stopnic.

Lokacija, apartma, terasa, mir, čistoča vse le najboljše. Prijazna in zelo gostoljubna gostitelja Maja in Frane, ki sta nas in ostale goste razvajala. Se sigurno vrneva!

Superbe !

Superbe endroit !! Appartement bien équipé, spacieux et très propre. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique et super agréable. Accès direct à la mer avec des transats. Superbe accueil des propriétaires, encore merci !

Il manque juste une petite planche à découper dans la cuisine :) Les voisins du dessus n’arrêtaient pas de traîner les chaises sur la terrasse dès 6:30 du matin. Et certaines personnes posaient leur serviette sur les transats dès le matin pour le réserver toute la journée en l’utilisant seulement 2 ou 3h. Mais l’éducation des gens n’est pas de la faute des propriétaires. Tout a été parfait !
