L emplacement à 100 m de l accès à la mer sur une jetée via une échelle et la propreté de l appartement et sa terrasse
Le bruit la nuit: restaurant côté chambre avec sortie des clients et départ des voitures jusqu à 1 h du matin départ bruyant des locataires de l appartement voisin à 4h du matin avec préparatifs pendant 1 heure mais le propriétaire n en est pas responsable. Par contre, que le propriétaire fasse le nettoyage complet de l appartement dans la foulée jusqu à 5h30 du matin est inacceptable. Précisons que les autres nuits, au rdc occupé par les propriétaires , le ménage avec les bruits de meubles commence au lever du soleil …. Si vous avez prévu de venir ici pour vous reposer en passant de bonnes nuits, passez votre chemin
