All of the workers here were great

Not enough toilet paper for five people for two days. I had to go downstairs to the main lobby and take toilet paper out of a different bathroom.

The amenities we're amazing and the host was very helpful and kind

I would offer 6 pool towels for guests

Very clean property, offered lots to do and fun freebies as far as an ice cream social and pudding social! Very family friendly and adult friendly! Bar staff by pools was incredible!

I loved the location, the amenities were great if you're traveling with children. I was disappointed knowing that the gym did not open until 8 am, I usually like to wake up early before the family to get a workout out of the way, but I was able to run along the beach which was very pleasant. There are many things near by and didn't have to travel far.

I would have liked the gym to be open earlier, like 6 am, not 8am. The pullout couch was horrible. There weren't any toiletries, only a bar of irish spring, dishwasher pods, laundry soap (appreciated that), and 1 lotion. I would have like soap to wash my hands and extra trash bags. I also noticed that I "rented" a condo from an owner, not sure if this had anything to do with it. There wasn't even a phone for room service, which I hardly ever use, so that I didn't mind. I will consider coming back, just more prepared for next time, knowing the extra things I would need, that I usually rely on resorts providing.
