Posizione ottimale, host Emanuel super accogliente ha lasciato in frigo un vassoio di frutta fresca, bevande e caffè in cialde.

Più attenzione nella pulizia essendo italiani si è notata la differenza, camera rumorosa in quanto essendo l'appartamento in condominio, bassa pressione acqua fredda in doccia.

Un appartement calme propre avec des petites intentions tel que des fruits et des boissons. Je recommande ce logement qui est proche de toute commodité et agréable

Amazing apartment in Chania, in walking distance to old town and port. Very clean, has everything needed. Owner is a bery nice person, living nextdoor. Pool is not too far in the hotel, can use for free.

Sofa bed in rhe living room is quite small, only for child

Lovely old building, almost expected Hercule Poirot to be living there ! We were on 2nd floor , so welcomed the small but functional lift. Good location, and a lovely little balcony area in the appt that overlooks the busy main road, from the 2nd floor there was a lovely view looking up the hill towards the church, and it catches the sun in the mornings. I really enjoyed sitting there for an hour in the early morning with a book and my tea. Very good butchers, many patisseries cafes etc. including an organic shop directly opposite. didnt find many tavernas locally but there are loads of them in the Old Town. Spacious 1 bed appt, well equipped kitchen, decent bedroom, and bathroom. Owner had left a bottle of raki and glasses on a silver tray, which I thought was a nice gesture of hospitality. The walk into town, and the old town, was really good for us, took me about 15mins, and I found a short cut through the Park of Peace and Friendship, which is lovely and on the same street as this appt.

Despite many messages, Emmanuel didn't meet us on arrival or send the code in advance, so we were stuck outside, in the dark, for about half an hour. Eventually, we got in but not a pleasant arrival! He did apologise and I think this process is usually managed well ,o we were a bit unlucky. Needed to use the sofa beds in lounge, as there were 2 of us, but no extra sheets, these took 3 days to arrive. Although generally clean, there were some grubby areas- including the sofa bed , which had chewing gum stuck in the middle of one bed and sofas were stained, needed a good clean! Bathroom well equipped but dirty toilet brush. The other person I was travelling with decided to go and stay elsewhere, given the above, and found a lovely, well equipped , modern rooms in the Old town. The pool is in the hotel just opposite, not part of this building, its small in a pleasant area. but we preferred the sea for a swim.
