Bel appartement fraîchement rénové, moderne , très propre dans une résidence calme au troisième étage avec ascenseur. Supérette au pied de l'immeuble Cuisine et salle de bain bien équipées. Bonne literie. Communication facile avec David.
Du bruit le matin car livraisons à la supérette et travaux dans le voisinage. Manque un parasol sur la terrasse.

L'appartement est très bien équipé, propre et spacieux. La résidence est calme, le balcon est agréable pour prendre un petit déjeuner, le stationnement relativement facile (et gratuit). En descendant un peu plus bas dans les rues, il y a une jolie vue sur le coucher de soleil. David est un hôte aimable et disponible, très flexible pour les arrivées et départs!
La vue depuis le logement est jolie sur la mer, mais dès qu'on regarde en bas il y a une vue sur les poubelles qui débordent... mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôte! Si nous devions revenir, nous choisirions probablement un logement au sud pour plus de proximité avec les différentes activités de l'île !

Spacious apartment with all utilities, very clean, a nice balcony with a view, the host was very friendly and helpful. The pool has a great view of the volcano Teide. The area is quiet in the night and there was no problem finding a parking spot. There is a supermarket and a restaurant in front of the apartment complex.
