The fenced domain makes you feel safe. The location is quiet and a good base for visiting Paris. Everything is available. Even culinary herbs. Polite friendly owner.

There was only 1 key available that you needed to open and close the outer gate. There was a penetrating smell of dirty litter box in the third floor hall where this apartment was located. Also in the toilet was a pungent smell. The apartment could use some small chores like loose faucet in bathroom and dirty ventilation grilles.

it could be cleaner… walls were dirty, balcony owner asked for an extra paymemt in cash, 40eur for cleaning service… this wasnt mentioned on booking, didnt agree to pay, it was a hidden cost

Large apartments far away from the city center.

3 rooms plus kitchen and balcony. Nice and quiet territory. Free car parking. Host is very responsible (provide quick reply on my requests and reply to all my phone calls - Thanks). All instructions was provided in time. Also you have to agreed your arrival time, because host should give you the keys. On departure time you are free to leave a keys in the safe place, so no need in any arrangements. The price looks cheap comparing to others (at least when I was searching for it)

It’s really far away from Paris and you will have to spend at least 30-40 min to get there (by Train, not sure, but uber could be faster option). To be honest property is not ideally cleared, but that’s could be acceptable. Unfortunately host get some extra money for cleaning at my arrival date, and also he was asking to leave additional money for cleaning on my departure, that’s sounds strange.

Oasis of calm and cleaniless, which is good for relaxing and recuperating.

No meals were included (although condiments and other food was graciously given for cooking) but had fantastic kitchen. Had problems with wifi access and using oven but Clervie helped when he was made aware of problem and is caring and conscientious. Price of apartment was reasonable, clean with plenty of space and everything provided. Location was 10 minutes from centre of commerce and tourist area but on plus side was a quiet residential area. Free residential parking was great.

Only small play area for young children so not much to do for teenagers.

Very clean and the owner was very nice. He had coffee and sugar and several other things at our disposition.

A little ways from the center and we didn’t figure out the train system in time so we ended up spending a lot of money on Uber.
