En pleine cité. Énormément de racaille, un bon coup de karcher serait une bonne idée.

The location is fantastic with a direct connection to all of Paris using the RER metro. Also, the host was very nice and pleasant.
Even though the kitchen and the bathroom were shared, they were clean all the time.
Late check-in (after 11pm) costed us 15 EUR, even though we just needed a code to the main gate and unlocked doors to the room.
No A/C as advertised.
Unable to leave windows open throughout the night because we were right next to the street on the same level basically.
The room itself was very small.
