Great location, beautiful views on the sea, the port and the old part of Portoferraio. Huge green garden. Busstop and restaurant at walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner, who lives nextdoor, is a very friendly and helpful woman. We enjoyed the old details of the house and did not mind the lack of wifi or luxery. The essentials are there.
The location is quiet but not silent. One can hear the heavy engines of the ferries that come and go. The cleaning could have been better.

The house itself is nicely located, surrounded by a huge garden with seats everywhere! From the garden you have a beautiful view on Portoferraio! The location a bit outside Portoferraio in San Giovanni makes your stay quiet and relaxing! Nearby is a busstop and there are also two restaurants. We had the downstairs apartment with a huge, nicely decorated sleepingroom, a kitchen with all the things you need, a little sittingarea and a bathroom with washingmachine! The owner and her brother are very friendly. It felt like home...!
The noise from the upstairs apartment was a bit annoying!
