Posizione centralissima, proprietari molto gentili e accogliente. Massima disponibilità.
Difficile arrivare in macchina. Poco ricambio d'aria per finestre piccole poste sulla stessa parete e prive di zanzariere, quindi battenti da chiudere.

Posizione e pulizia decisamente ottimi.
L’appartamento tende a essere piuttosto caldo perché non ci sono finestre vere e proprie né condizionatori. Le due piccole finestre si affacciano sulle scale, quindi per avere un po’ di aria bisogna lasciarle aperte, ma in questo modo si sentono i rumori delle scale e soprattutto quelli di auto e scooter dalla strada. Inoltre, la doccia è molto piccola e risulta impossibile non toccare la tendina.
