Absolutely beautiful property, clean and steps from the beach. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. View of both sunrise and sunset were an added bonus!

Beautiful condo steps from the beach. Found the beach chars and umbrella underwhelming though. One umbrella totally broken and unusable. Cleanliness was on target. Other necessities were all there. Could have used more than one trash bag but no big deal. Everything else worked fine. We love 1E and hope to stay there many more times.

Unit is great! Loved being so close to the water. Complex was quiet (visited in late October, 2021). Unit and pool very clean. Great use of space in this unit. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!

This is a great 2nd floor, gulf front unit! There is nothing in front of you. I counted 60 paces/steps from the beach to the unit + 15 steps up to the 2nd floor. The property is just down from the Tarpon Bay Beach Access. We chose this unit because it is not a large occupancy facility; therefore, not a lot of people to contend with on the beach in front of the complex. The unit is well stocked and seriously, I cannot think of anything but positive comments on this unit. Red-tide was an issue for us (Aug 2018), but that is out of the control of the Unit, the Owner and the Renting Agency. Do your red-tide research.
